The hotel is in a fabulous area, within walking distance to fabulous shopping and many main attractions (Seine, Louvre, D’Orsay, etc.). The staff was very accommodating. We realized we left our phone in the room after we left for the airport. I called the hotel when we were on our way back to ask them to have a key ready for us but when we arrived back at the hotel, the attendant was waiting for us with the phone. We reserved a “superior” room. We understand the differences in European vs US hotels but this room was considerably smaller than others we have stayed in without any storage space besides the closets. Therefore, we lived out of our suitcases for the entire stay. I asked about a larger room and was told that it would be an additional 100 EU per night. Breakfast was very nice but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy it on two mornings because of scheduling conflicts.

Great location. You can walk to most of the attractions in Paris. There are also many restaurants and cafes surrounding this hotel. Air conditioner was working really well, especially in the summer heat of 35deg. The breakfast in the hotel is priced at €48/per person. There are many better options in this area, so I would advise you to explore the area. The gym was tiny with a half broken machine, so we had to improvise.

Close to most sights. Clean property, very good breakfast. Staff were exceptional. Our bed and bedroom were on the smaller size. Closet was very small with little other storage available.

Location & extra details like welcoming surprise for our anniversary, daily sweet treats, etc. Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable & sunlit room on the 6th floor.

Staff is amazing! Everyone is friendly. Breakfast is really good. Location is central and perfect (next to Chanel!) so you can walk everywhere. Valet parking to store your car (if you came from with France or Europe). Courtyard with fountain. We left with a great feeling. Our first room was very tiny, dark, too warm and a bit dated. Not good value for what it cost to stay there! The plumbing did not work so we had to switch rooms in the night (luckily!). Second room was lovely.
