Location ! Location ! And the staff ! They were absolutely amazing, attention to detail, social and go above and beyond for every guest. This is hands down the best experience I have had in any hotel in Paris. We felt at home.

From the moment we arrived, Le Burgundy made us feel genuinely cared for. After a tiring journey from the train station with large luggage, the doorman immediately came to us even though the taxi had stopped a few metres away from the entrance because the front was busy. He opened the doors for us, handled the trunk, and another colleague came straight away to help with the bags. Within seconds, we went from hectic travel mode to feeling completely looked after. That first impression stayed consistent throughout the stay. The staff were excellent across the hotel: warm, polished, attentive, and never stiff or snobbish. Reception was graceful and personal, and the lady who checked us in personally accompanied us to the room, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good, with a generous buffet and à la carte options included. What stood out most was the attentiveness: after only one day, they remembered our coffee preferences and asked if we wanted the same again. That kind of detail matters. The room was very comfortable and beautifully prepared. The bed, duvet, pillows, and armchair were all genuinely comfortable. We appreciated the Lavazza coffee machine, the complimentary Evian and Badoit bottles, the replenished minibar, the macarons and welcome note, and the chocolates during turn-down service. The room was also perfectly quiet despite being on the first floor, with excellent sound insulation. We especially loved arriving to a room that was already cool and refreshing after a warm, tiring day outside. The bathroom was clean, well arranged, and had a proper bathtub with both handheld and ceiling shower options. The lighting throughout the room was also very well thought out, with controls always within reach and good low-light options at night. The location is outstanding if you want to be near Saint-Honoré, Opéra, and Madeleine. It is central, elegant, and very convenient while still feeling calm once inside the hotel. Nothing major. The only small points were that the room felt slightly smaller than expected because some space was taken by the entrance corridor, and we would have appreciated a handheld bidet/shattaf next to the toilet. A second tissue box in the bedroom would also be useful. These were minor details and did not affect how excellent the stay felt overall.

Nothing beats the location of this hotel. Rooms have a contemporary feel, and one feels at home. Service quality is good, but some areas can be enhanced.
