Cluny Square

Location was very good. The room was clean and there was air-conditioning. Cleaning service was excellent and we had a good stay overall. The noise level was not a concern. The room and spaces of the hotel were small, but it was to be expected.

The room was clean. The AC ran cold (we got it down to 19C in July). The location is right next to the train stop exit, coming from CDG airport. We were 5 min walk from Notre-Dame and 10 min walk from the Louvre.

Lovely room which was very clean, quite spacious and a super location in Paris. We loved our stay here!

Well located, decent rooms, reasonably priced. The lift starts at the first floor so if you have luggage it’s an effort to get it up the spiral staircase from the street entrance. Luggage storage is provided but it’s entirely on an honour system with no tickets or receipts and no security. It’s probably fine but I’ve seen it better implemented elsewhere.

Great location! Staff was friendly and fantastic ac in the middle of a heat wave Was very happy with it. Some may say room is too small but it’s a typical size for a European hotel.

Location is fantastic. It's a short 5 minute walk from the RER airport train. Everything is walkable. Rooms have air conditioning which worked pretty well during the recent heat wave. Bed was comfortable and has European and N American pillows. My room faced the main road which wasn't as loud as expected (although I do wear earplugs to sleep). Reception service is brusque which is typical in France but could be off-putting to some who prefer a friendlier experience. Reception is also located up a flight of stairs (no elevator in that portion of the hotel) so you will have to carry your bags/strollers/etc. Bathroom tub is very high so be careful getting in/out.

The location was easy to great around in town. The rooms was tiny and over the street so a bit noisy but we had a travel sound machine do it was fine.

Lacks an elevator from the street to reception. It is hard carrying a large suitcase up the winding staircase.

I loved this place! Top was its location, right in the heart of the Latin Quarter and easy walking distance to Notre Dame and a hundred wonderful restaurants. We were in Room 504 which gave us a balcony with a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower. Thankfully, there is an elevator from the lobby floor so you only have to drag your suitcase up one flight of stairs. I would definitely stay here again. I have to say, the room is very small, without a lot of space to store your gear. And the elevator is small and slow. But all of that is far outweighed by the Cluny's positive attributes.

Amazing location, walkable to Notre Dame and many other landmarks. Room was tiny but exactly what we needed. It was beautifully decorated and had an amazing view onto the street.

Location was fantastic! Plenty of restaurants & close to Sainte Chapelle, Conciergerie & Notre Dame!

You go to a hotel to sleep and if you can't sleep because the surrounding noise level is so high then you will not like the experience, even though the room is clean and comfortable. The room was not sound proofed with a drop down shutter. The room was next to a McDonalds that was open until 2am in the morning, and the restaurant clients did not depart until about 2.30am. It was very noisy and I was not able to sleep until after this time.

We loved our quick stay and would absolutely book again. We were on the top floor so it felt a little like attic vibes - but make it cute! If we stuck our head out the window we could see the Tower. The room felt spacious for Paris and it was a bit over the top with all the pink but we liked it! The bed (and pillows!) were really comfortable and wifi worked well. The location cannot be beat - basically on top of a metro stop and easy walking to so many things. I don't like that there is no place to attach the shower cord/head so that you can actually stand under the water comfortably. I think this is common places that have showers within bathtubs - but it makes it hard to wash your hair!

Location excellent with metro to and from CDG airport visible from door. Must carry luggage down two sets stairs to platform but take time and ok for me at age 74 so pack light and will work. Balcony had view of both Eiffel Tower and Pantheon but maybe not in all rooms. Very easy walk to NDame and Pont Neuf boat ride. Must carry luggage up and down set of about 20 spiral stairs to reception and no help will be offered coming or going.Took my carry on and under seat bag in two trips and ok. Safe, closed lobby at door facilitates it as you move up to reception where elevators to rooms are. Sign for the hotel is small from street and made it hard for me to see but was worth finding. Wish there had been help getting luggage up and down spiral stairs. A chair or two on balcony would help enjoy the lovely views.

Very centrally located Narrow staircase to reception

Lovely small hotel near the Notre Dame. We stayed for 2 days to explore the city centre and had a great time. Staff was very friendly. Both mornings we had a very nice breakfast.
