Location was excellent. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was both attentive and friendly. Rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Only draw back was the evening cocktail service. Wine selection was (surprisingly) limited and not of great quality.

Great location, fabulous environment and equipment, delicious breakfast, excellent staff and service, made me feel at home. The side building doesn’t have elevator, but the staff helped me carry my luggage, so it was fine.

Was really small no room to move in the room The location was excellent

location Was good. Very outdated. Room was direct access from the lobby. The bed had either bed bugs or fleas and we were bitten aggressively. Most staff were very pleasant but there was one gentlemen who clearly took offence to the fact that we did not speak French well. He was very rude.

this was the nicest hotel that I ever stayed at and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so nice and helpful. And my room was cleaned so well every day. Nothing
-
Adorable hotel and front desk staff very helpful. All but one staff member extremely pleasant and helpful. Booked room for two adults and only double bed available. My fault for assuming the bed would be at least a queen but very small to share with my 6 foot adult daughter. Lesson learned.

Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Great air conditioning! Nothing

Breakfast is served in the vaulted cells of the hotel

Beautifully decorated, attentive staff, quiet location close to metro and restaurants.

Very nice atmosphere, good place to fill the spirit of old Paris. Very atmospheric place. Good staff, quiet and clean. Perfect location with walking distance in the Center of Paris. Stay with small dog for 5 days. Recommended. All was good. Breakfast to be more assortment, but restaurant very nice and personal friendly

The suite was lovely! Every detail made it a luxury experience. I would have liked more room service options.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff... they were exceptional... Friendly, courteous, helpful 100% ! The hotel has a small family run feel because the staff is so engaged! And of course the location is wonderful - a quiet street just off the St. Germain... many really good cafes & bistros nearby... very near metro stops, and very near the Seine for the BatoBus stops... We were in Paris during a heat wave, and air-conditioning worked well... housekeeping did a fine job daily. Their Breakfast, albeit a little pricey, was wonderful and we enjoyed it daily... Hot eggs, a variety of hot meats, potatoes, wonderful fresh pastries, charcuterie meats & cheeses including a large variety of fresh hard & soft cheeses... lots of fresh fruits & berries, and a staff that made sure you. had lots of fresh coffees, teas, and freshly pressed juices... Staff was very helpful in arranging & reserving taxi's for our group! We were with a small group of friends and we took 5 rooms... it seems from comments, most of our friends rooms were somewhat nicer than our own... luck of the draw I guess, as we were the ones who picked the hotel & the first to reserve... but we heard many positive comments about all our friends rooms... Can't say we had much positive to say about our room (#16) - Small, but of course it's Paris, and we were used to that, but it also seemed just a bit tired for the price... other than that, the bathroom was large, beautiful and very functional and they provide nice amenities...

What did we like ?, all of it.. The staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating ! None of needs were not met. The property was beautiful, well maintained and in a great location to get around the city and see the sites. Close to all avenues of transportation including the Batobus. Short walking distance to amazing cafes and Bistros and fine dining. Very nice courtyard where we hung out with friends and met new friends. This seems petty and it was, our Mini Fridge was not working well and we asked for it to be fixed or replaced and it was not .. Again, a very minor issue and would never stop us from returning.

The intimate hotel, dedicated crew, the decor.impeccable. the room service.the outdoor setting. I wish we had a kettle in the room for coffee or tea.

It was beautiful and the staff was amazing! Nothing
-
the decor and style of the hotel were excellent. Good room and bathroom size. HVAC was only marginally effective although, given the heatwave, I think it was to be expected.
-
The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was large with a great shower. Bed very good. Breakfast was good although the coffee needs improvement location is good and easy to walk to many sights.. Front desk staff could have been better with directions
