The breakfast, the attentive staff, location and views from the room, the room was clean Lobby area is small and a bit old, no garden.

Amazing location. Lovely view from our room. The room was extremely small and dated. Bathroom had some issues (low water pressure, slow draining tub), and could use an update.

The location is excellent, easy walking distance to so many attractions. The staff were super helpful and friendly, going that extra step to assist us. We had breakfast each morning and were delighted with the service, as we have dietary requirements it was wonderful that the staff remembered and ensured that we had what we needed. NA

Location is fabulous. Short walk to Louvre or into St Germaine to explore. Rooms are so clean, and comfortable. Love the Juliet balcony yo people watch or have an afternoon cup of espresso. Staff, especially Martin, was very helpful and polite. Nothing!

An older 5* hotel, a little dated but still a classic and the location is superb. The breakfast was very good, the service and staff were excellent. The rooms we had were both very nice and in keeping with the older statesman like style of the hotel. Very nice bar in the evening for a drink before bed. Old style elegance and I would stay again. Also liked the 12pm checkout which made the day of travel easier. Short walk from the hotel and you are at the Louvre, Tuilleries and Place Concorde.
