The customer service was outstanding—every member of the staff was attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Whether it was a dinner reservation, a last-minute request, or local recommendations, they handled everything with grace and efficiency. Our room was surprisingly spacious by Parisian standards—beautifully designed, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was plush, the linens crisp, and the bathroom pristine. Speaking of cleanliness, every corner of the property felt immaculately maintained, from the common areas to the rooms, reflecting a true commitment to high standards. For the location, quality of service, and overall experience, we found the value to be exceptional. It felt like a hidden gem in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés—a refined retreat just steps from some of Paris’s best cafes, boutiques, and cultural sights. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined yet welcoming stay in Paris. Special mention to Brice, Etian, and all the staff! Truly top tier. Merci! The first room we were given was notably smaller, older,and darker than expected, per our family who had stayed their and the images on the website which was disappointing given the hotel’s reputation and price point. Thankfully, after expressing our concerns, the staff handled the situation gracefully and promptly moved us to a much more spacious and comfortable room that lived up to the hotel’s standards.They also graciously offered a small reduction in rate. Additionally, while the bathroom was beautifully designed and impeccably clean, there was a noticeable lack of towel hooks or storage space, which made organization a bit challenging—especially for two guests. These minor issues aside, the hotel offered great value overall, and we truly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the elegance of the property. With just a few tweaks, this place would be near perfection.

Wonderful hotel, very kind and helpful staff with excellent service, they were very sweet with my 4 year old daughter and set up a teepee in our room and brought her presents. Fantastic concierge, delicious food at the restaurant and very comfortable. Beautifully designed and excellent location. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Service was exceptional from every member of staff. Facilities were beautiful and very clean throughout. Restaurant was fantastic. Restaurant server should ask if patrons would like the dessert soufflé ar the time the dinner order is taken. Room is very small with no luggage racks.

The location only They charged me twice and they used my credit card before I arrived which was not the option I selected. Also, I couldn’t sleep as the Fire alarm waked me up early morning. The elevator location next to the kitchen and it’s smell bad and very noisy. The hotel experience was less than what I expected. I don’t recommend it at all. I emailed them to return my amount and they didn’t take the action yet. The staff were talking loudly next to my room and I couldn’t sleep at all. No one checked the bar or refill it. Thanks
