the location is good, the staff is nice. its quite old, the ac doesnt chill much, the minifridge didnt work- it was in fact warm, wifi was very slow- couldn't work from there.

Location is good, the lobby area is nice. Rooms are clean. This was our fourth visit (likely our last) and it’s starting to feel a little tired. Mostly I was disappointed in the service - our fourth visit and our honeymoon and there was no special treatment or recognition. A bit disappointing for years of loyalty.

It’s very well located and comfortable. The bathrooms are so dark they’re impossible to get ready in (ie makeup) and unfortunately I arrived without prior warning that any redecorating was going on so there was covering down all over the carpets and no lobby restroom to use. And my room was tilted (old building?), or at least the bed was lopsided so it was hard to get proper sleep. I’m very sensitive to those things but perhaps it wouldn’t bother someone else. Otherwise it’s lovely and the people who work there are always very nice. And it’s great for getting around to restaurants and shops.
