Unique, clean, no weird smells. The spa is yours alone for the entire hour. Robes, slippers, mariage frères tea. Beautiful breakfast setting. Beautiful décore. Staff was lovely. Wonderful neighborhood. Strong AC. I couldn’t mirror or cast my iPhone to the TV, but Android was allowed.

Everything was perfectly fine. Nothing that stood out to me that I wasn't satisfied with. Its not luxury but just a nice little hotel with friendly staff, a good looking breakfast, and charming small rooms. The rooms are small as indicated on the photos as well. If you know what you are buying, they are perfectly aligned.

Fantastic location. Staff was super friendly, especially Maria who went out of her way to make our stay extra special. Rooms and the space were just beautiful and comfortable. The elevator is tiny, but this is pretty typical across Europe. Plan accordingly.

The staff was nice. It was in a good area. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was way too small. We had one small and one larger piece of luggage and it was almost impossible to move around in the room.

Staff was very helpful in accommodating our desire to use the spa while cleaning was in process (they provided us with access at their “brother” facility).

The staff were very friendly, and the room and hotel were very clean. The location was great and they greeted us with a bottle of champagne in the room welcoming us to the hotel. The spa did not get hot, it was just lukewarm. It did not feel like a hot tub. The breakfast tasted good, but it was limited and they did not restock or refill.

Central location. A/C. Comfortable sheets. Friendly staff. Beautiful design! The spa. The spa was underwhelming in that the temperature can only go so high. When you think of spa you think of warmth and my husband and I felt it was pretty cold. Also charging extra for breakfast. This was included in all the other hotels we stayed in over the last few weeks.

Breakfast was lovely and in a delightful room. All the staff are excellent and very helpful. A lovely welcome upon arrival with a bottle of bubbles waiting. Will be back.

I will say that the hotel rooms are very snug so guests should be aware that they need to be organized in the room to ensure maximum comfort. The bed was super comfy and the shower wonderful. We booked the larger of the rooms and were happy for the small amount of extra room The location could not have been better - we had a lovely stay! Nothing we loved our stay

However, the room itself was pretty small. The shower was especially cramped, and there wasn’t much space to store luggage comfortably. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, which was appreciated during the warmer days. Overall, the stay was okay. If you're mainly looking for a well-located place to sleep and don’t mind tight quarters, it could be a decent option.

Location to many sites of interest was great. Jessica was fantastic and helped look up restaurants and other things for us. The spa was like warm which was a real disappointment but the staff said they couldn’t change it. The room was pretty small but well appointed.

We loved the perfect location, exceptional staff and considered decor. Nothing, everything met our expectations

Location was great, quality of furnishings very good, staff very nice. Room and bathroom were tiny, elevator only went to floor 4 and we were on floor 5. Common areas were miniscule, elevator room for 2 persons, elevator service was down for 3 of our 6 days. They say Spa but only had a whirlpool that did not work well. Will not return there.
