The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The room was charming, comfortable, and well-sized, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the breakfast team was particularly hospitable and attentive, making each morning a pleasant experience. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. I had expected my water bottle to be refilled daily and needed to visit reception to have this done. The television in my room was not working; although I reported the issue to the night staff, it was not resolved during my stay. My room telephone also did not work initially, but this was promptly fixed once reported. I noticed some dust on parts of the desk, and additional lighting in the room would have made the space feel brighter and more inviting. On one occasion, I also had to request toilet paper and a shower mat, which I would have expected to be replenished during routine housekeeping.

I had 5 days to spend in Paris, and this hotel looked amazing from the photos and location. Its very close to a metro station (but not too close) as well as several good restaurants, a laundromat, and many sights. I actually missed a flight and when I messaged them through booking.com they responded very quickly and informed me they would not cancel my stay and it was no problem which was such a relief. I stayed in the most inexpensive style room, which was fine for me as a single person but it may be a bit tight for 2 people and luggage. Everything was very clean, I felt very comfortable. I stayed during an extreme heatwave and there wasn't AC in the room (there was in the lobby) but it still was comfortable with a fan and window open, which faced a quiet courtyard. The staff spoke English well and were very polite. I really enjoyed my stay and because of the location if I return to Paris I would very likely stay here again, the price and location made it a great stay. I would say the only thing of note that may be of concern is the elevator is pretty old fashioned and rather small. The note on the elevator says it can only handle 2 people and 2 suitcases at a time. However, you're not in an elevator for more than 30 seconds so its not really an issue. It was reliable and the hotel is not too tall, so the stairs wouldn't be extreme if they needed to be taken. Everything else was great.

The location is the highlight of the hotel, walking distance from multiple sightseeing places in Paris. Overall the staff is friendly and the room was great. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not a lot of varieties. I was expecting more.

We loved everything about this place. Location is perfect, love the 6th district. Very lux feel, but down to earth and friendly staff. Very professional. Breakfast was great. Will stay there again. Our AC wasn’t that strong, but in its defense, we were there during one of the hottest few days on record for Paris. Unit probably couldn’t keep up. We will return to Paris…in the Fall or Spring.

We had a very quiet、spacious、comfortable room(Rm1) with the door connected to courtyard. The breakfast is very good ,Mr Anwar and Miss Baroma are excellent , we had very fun and memorable breakfast time because of them! The metro line4 only 4-5min walk, and direct to Gare du Nord. The train station at d Orsay is 10-15 min away which is direct to Versailles and Tower Eiffel . Many good restaurants around!

Great location This hotel was really nice 10 years ago but it really needs a renovation. Elevator was broken. No A/C in single rooms.

Two days in a row the elevator didn’t work and they put me on a top floor attic room. It was unpleasant to climb the stairs multiple days everyday especially after long and tiring days of the heatwave in Paris. The matter has communicated with nice manner without any alternative solution.

Prettiest breakfast patio and room. Salon is charming and quirky. VERY pleasant hotel staff and breakfast server. Excellent sheets and towels & L’Occitaine toiletries. SUPERB location My single room was mini but fine. It’s time to replace the hall carpets. The walls are fine but the carpets are terrible.

The location is great, the breakfast super and the staff excellent The rooms need to be renovated, they have character but there are stains on the walls and carpets

My room was really rundown. Apparently, they're redoing the lobby to freshen it up and I would encourage the owners to focus on updating the rooms (if they all looked like mine) instead. Breakfasts were great but I would have liked fresher fruit.

The room was comfortable and had enough space. After the elevator, we had to take a short half-flight of stairs, but that’s quite normal for Paris. We didn’t try the breakfast. The room was clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. I would definitely stay here again It would be better if the bathroom and room floors could be cleaned more thoroughly
