Quiet, very spacious by Parisian standards. Well equipped No complaints

Very clean, confortable, well stocked apartment. Bedding was confortable, enjoyed cooking in the kitchenette, clean up was easy with dish washer. Air conditioning made the apartment even better during july after long hot days of sight seeing in Paris. Great shower and plush towels.. all your needs are met with the apartment. Nothing.

Awesome place

Quarto ótimo. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Chuveiro bom. Geladeira tamanho legal e bem equipado para fazer pequenas refeições. A estação de metrô mais perto é Lourmel. São uns 10 minutos de caminhada. Não é ruim, mas no final da viagem vc vai querer que fosse um pouco mais perto. O deslocamento de metrô dessa estação para o centro de Paris leva em torno de 25-30 min.

Everything was great

Modern. Good neighborhood. Clean. Comfortable bed. Elevator. Luggage storage. Good restaurants in walking distance. Walk to the 2 nearby metro stations 10-13 minutes. Great to have air conditioning in the June 2026 heat wave. We were not told that we needed to book a cleaner midway through our stay so we didn’t have our apartment cleaned.

A fantastic stay with the family, they were very accommodative as we had two rooms on the same floor.

The bus/tram and train stops are convenient; just 5 to 7 minutes walk. There is a Farmer's market Wednesday and Saturday's weekly; 5 minutes from the hotel. Would book my stay again. A bit of noise from downstairs restaurant, not too bad.

The location is very good, the price is perfect and what i expect for the location and facilities. Nice view and location considering everything that happened after the futbol match, the neighborhood was pretty calm. The other bed (sofa-bed) made a lot of noise, was not a big of an issue, but it did sounded a lot when you barely moved

Access to everywhere No complaints

Very spacious and extremely clean room. Nice touches, like bottle of water in the fridge, tea & coffee. We kept the living room open (as a bed) during all our stay, and we still had a lot of space. Very easy to access (via the codes) and very well located near metro and bus stops. The team is very helpful via the Whatsapp chat. All was excellent, would strongly recommend! It certainly was not an issue for us, but worth noting that this is a residential area. Ie. if you are looking for a location surrounded by many restaurants, shops etc - this is not the one. But if you prioritise access to bakeries, couple of restaurants, super market, pharmacy etc. then it's perfect.

Bathroom was great, water pressure was perfect, location was solidly connected (Metro is a short walk away), Eiffel is relatively near, Versailles is just a short train ride nearby. Communication was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and responsive. There’s a bar nearby so Fri-Sun there is some noise you might notice coming from below if your room is situated next to it like ours was (nothing they can change, but just letting some travelers know about it if it matters to them). Otherwise, they are very responsive and will help with anything you might need and they'll keep you up to date with anything that's happening with the building.

The owner was very accommodating. He promptly responded to our inquiries and even allowed us a late checkout.

Excellent property—clean, comfortable, and hosted by a very kind and professional host.

Nice living area, big bathroom with excellent shower. Good place to start and finish your day. The tv was complicated with very little choices.

The self checking was not that clear, we spent 30min figuring out the correct way to enter the building

Wonderful room with all the amenities that one would need. Christmas market right outside the entrance and two more within 10 minutes walk. Plenty of things to do via the Metro which was a short walk from the property.
