really liked the location of the property. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. His service was excellent, and he was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I also really liked that there were many supermarkets and shops nearby. The property had serious issues regarding hygiene and cleanliness. When we were leaving, the cleaning staff had left various items in front of the elevator. Even though they saw that we were trying to leave with a baby stroller, and I politely asked if they could move the items, they did not do so. I had to move everything myself. The cleanliness of the toilet was also disappointing. During my stay in France, I became seriously unwell and had to cut our trip short and return to the Netherlands. I went directly to the emergency department, where tests showed that I had an infection. Of course, I cannot say with certainty that I contracted the infection at the hotel, but given the poor hygiene and the condition of the toilet, I believe it is understandable that I have concerns about this. We also had a problem with the parking. The parking space we were shown was very inconvenient and uncomfortable, so we had to find another place to park. This took a considerable amount of our time. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was also not working. This made our stay even more uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather. The breakfast had a good variety of food, but unfortunately, many items were left uncovered. The bread was stale and hard, and some of the other food looked dry and had clearly been sitting out for some time. Overall, the hygiene, cleanliness, parking, and room facilities were the biggest disappointments during our stay.

the location, the staff the triple room was pretty small for 3 persons. the cleaning stuff would not vacuum even though you could clearly see the hair and dust, they would only make the bed and change the towels

Top-notch reception, AC available, every day cleaning, and a lovely destination to get around Paris in multiple ways. Nothing, highly recommend visiting!

Brilliant location for restaurants, cafes, metro and bus close by. Very helpful staff, and the room has all the basics you need, very good value for price! Some amenities are not available, such as iron/steamer. They have a communal iron but you have to go downstairs to use it, and it also left water stains on our clothes, so I wouldn’t recommend using their iron- bring your own portable steamer.

We chose this hotel as we were driving into Paris their underground bookable parking was great value. The room is small but set out well, and had airconditiining. It was about a 40min walk to the effiel tower. Overall was great for a 1 night stay

Very clean, well equipped and cosy hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent choice and highly recommended. No faults detected.
