This was one of the best hotel services I've ever had. The staff - I have no words to say how thoughtful, polite and professional everyone I had any interaction to was. Really, they don't just do their jobs, they go beyond. The hotel is on a great location, super clean in every area, great bedding, great shower. Decent sized bathroom. The room was serviced twice a day, every time to perfection. The lounge and bar is a great addition and we had our pre-dinner drinks there every day. Overall is an amazing option to stay in Paris, but again, what makes them stand out is the staff and service provided. We felt truly special. Our room had no views and I thought a bit expensive for the space. Also, I understand this is an accessible room, but there must be a better option then the shower curtain.

The hospitality and kindness of the staff were exceotional along with all the special touches from treats in the room, turn down service, rooms & lounge with coffee & drinks included. Common areas were beautiful and comfortable. Disappointed the spa/sauna/gym was being renovated. Didn't want to walk to sauna even though they offered a partnership venue.

Staff was very nice. Good location. Cozy lounge. The SPA was out of service. The room was small and honestly overpriced (600€ for a tiny room where we could hear people trashing the glass bottles in the morning…)

Esprit St Germain is in a perfect location. Our room was very comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a lovely lounge with complementary snacks and wine including champagne in the afternoon. The staff is very helpful and professional. There are many restaurants near by in walking distance. The entire hotel was an oasis of comfort. We look forward to returning. The only tiny thing that could be nicer would be to have a more comfortable chair in the room.

Stylish rooms with beautiful sitting areas and open bar. Great location walkable to area restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Nothing. It was expensive but typical for a big city.

This boutique hotel offers a lounge with complimentary breakfast and all day drinks and snacks. The decor is fantastic, very lux and modern. We were able to walk to many of the major Paris attractions. Our room was smaller than expected. It was a model of efficiency, however, and had everything in it that we needed. Also, the website says it has parking. It doesn’t. What they do do is direct you to a nearby parking garage that charges about 60 euros per day.

The hotel is very quaint and located in a wonderful neighborhood. There were many restaurants, shops, museums, and other sites within walking distance. The staff were accommodating, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. There needed to be more chores or shelving space. The shower curtain did not keep the water from moving onto the floor.
