Near the station The rooms has no air-conditioner. Fans are supplied for customers but only when customers ask and supply broken, weak fans. Terrible. The Elevators make large sound.

The recepcionist, Joseph, he was just so courteous and pleasant, and the hotel was super clean, super quiet and with a great view, it was amazing and all of that for a great price.

It has everything you need for your visit to the city, access to all train services, food, shopping. Close to all city attractions. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Location Too old, a bit dirty. Needs major remodel.

the floor in the room is not flat, and the room card has to been uodated almost everyday or else you cannot open the door . It is frustrating to go downstairs for updating. also, they conbined two small single beds into a master bed, there would been a gap in the middle, feeling pretty unconfortable! the only good thing is price! so there is nothing to complain about . the floor in the room is steep at 301 room

location was perfect, right beside Gare St. Lazare. no A/C but, frankly, didn't expect any.. it's Paris... Also, could use some outlets in the room. Had to unplug the TV to plug in chargers for phones.

Very friendly staff. Elevator was appreciated. Mold in the walls, the bathroom smelled of mold and mildew, infested with mosquitoes, everyone in the family ended up with more than 6 mosquito bites. The beds were hard.

No shower curtains. The floor will be wet 100% Air conditioning is not working. It's probably controlled by the front desk. In fairness the weather was beautiful but there were a few times where you need to cool the room down after a day of walking around

I liked the location very near Saint-Lazare train station. The 24-hour opening of the reception allowed me to have an early and quick checkout to take my train. The wifi is free and work pretty well. The overall impression of the room isn't great as the carpet on the ground is old and the insolation between the corridor and the room is bad. The small bath should be changed for a shower for comfort

Nothing Hairs under pillows, red stains on towels radiator gurgling and water flowing through it all night was very loud couldn’t sleep at all

The room was big and comfy. A huge soft bed and a nice bath tub with hot water. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The hotel is located right next to one of the main train stations, with metro and bus connections, very central in Paris with short way to all the wonderful attactions. The orange wallpaper and green carpet needs an upgrade. But vintage interiour can be fun as well. Maybe some more paintings could do.
