The room was lovely. There was so much choice at breakfast and the location was perfect to walk to any attraction in paris. Lots of street noise but we always has the big windows open. Can't fault the hotel for that.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful Our air con didn’t work on the first night it was extreme temps so we didn’t sleep. I had to message the reception to ask to be moved the next day. The property is very basic. Paint was peeling off the ceilings. The entrance in has stairs leading up to the rooms so anyone can walk in and go up. The area has a lot of people at night causing disturbance. Police were chasing two men by the door of the hotel. As it’s do close to the train station we could feel vibration and hear the noise of the trains.

Location directly opposite Gare St-Lazare was perfect. The hotel itself was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and actoss the road from St Lazare railway station and Metro. Not a huge problem but maybe a better choice of TV channels of different countries.

We loved our Balcony and the coffee maker and the nice shower! We only got to stay 3 nights.
