The location is perfect plus the front desk was very helpful The house keeper didn’t clean the room good plus she doesn’t supply the room from the stuff was used so I have everyday to call the reception for a clean towel and tissue and toilet roll The air conditioning system is so weak and I couldn’t change the settings

Clean, friendly helpful staff. Across road from Gare de Lazare. Food options available around the hotel. Bed was very comfortable after very very long haul flights. Room was quiet even though on a busy road. All good

It’s clean, comfortable and close to anywhere. The metro station just infront of the hotel. I wish the breakfast was includeded in the price once, for those who would like.

The location is excellent, close to main points of visit, shops. Just by the station The breakfast staff were so unpleasant. So rude and un polite. We were welcomed with the biggest disgust on her face. She was clearly disappointed she probably had to clean after us as well. She was not filling in the buffet, she was just hidden in a back room playing on her phone. Atrocious human. We ended up not eating and left ASAP

Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Location was close to train and metro stations. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Has elevator and air conditioning Be careful of the lip going into the bathroom so you don’t stub your toe.
