Air conditioning during canicule!! Small but clean and newish bathroom. Close to buses, train and metro lines. Close to les Grands Magazines and Opera. Cold water machine in lobby. Very quiet. Staff were flat. Hard to get a BONJOUR from them. One young man was helpful. No minibar (I knew this ahead of time). Dull decore. Very small and uninspiring entry. Slow lift. Ugly outlook from window. Close to maintenance facilities and public toilets.

The location was perfect The facilities Was very disappointing, the elevator was veryyyyyy small, no fridge, the room was veryyy small and the breakfast was also very disappointing, you can eat more better things in the town with this price.

Rude staff, no customer service, hvac does not cool, very warm inside the room, very tight bathroom, hair dryer does not work, plumbing leaks, additional tax charges.

The air conditioning was wonderful during the unusual heat wave. The location is great! Close proximity to the main train station, shops and restaurants. The room was very tiny for ywo people and our view was of the machinery in a courtyard. Fortunately our luggage was two small Carry-on, otherwise there would be no room for a larger suitcase. The online photos are deceptive.

Great location, nice breakfast, great staff The shower was so small it was not functional, the door did not close, the drain cover was broken and at times smelled of sewer. We thought laundry facilities were on the 3/4 floor but they only had expensive send out laundry service. The rooms had no hand towels or wash cloths. The sheets were never changed on a 5 night stay.

The hotel is located across from St. Lazare station. It is an excellent location if you have to catch an early train. The staff is nice and accommodating. Old dirty carpeting, extremely small rooms. One step above a hostel. Needs refurbishing. In front of our room there was a huge stain in the carpet, the temperature control was locked, so we had to open the window which was 2 feet from the window across in an air vent type opening. I know it's Paris and everything is small in Paris, but furnishing and flooring need to be updated badly.

It was located near the train station which is what we needed for the night we stayed. The breakfast was very good and convenient for us. Staff was pleasant. An extremely small room. The bed took over the whole space and you couldn’t even shut the shower door to wash it was so small, my husband had to wash with it open and I barely fit. Expensive for what you got in size
