Staff is very friendly, room is clean, and location is very good It’s close to main road, will still hear from outside late night, higher floor might be better
-
Excellent location which is easily accessible to the metro and bus Many restaurants and shops around the area Staff’s super friendly Room cleaned everyday And strong aircon!! Small lift which only fits 2-3 people - but still very cute and traditional!

Large room for Paris. Quiet, soundproof walls. Good AC. Interesting breakfast (french specific). Nice staff. Very good location, safe and many transportation means available around. The floor creaked a little, but ok for a historical building, and not a big issue.

I made a mistake booking the rooms - I needed a room with two separate beds and instead I booked 1 with a double bed. The staff was very accommdating and after 2 night provided us with a room with 2 beds. I slept elsewhere for 2 nights. But that was my mistake and the hotel was very kind to make the arrangements. The hotel was also very well situated next to Gare St Lazare etc. And it was always good to be in the room, with comfortable beds. It was also very spacious which was a change from many other hotels while traveling. Everything was good.

The location is good, the room is clean, mattress is comfortable, I had good sleep during the stay. The weather was quite hot around 30 degree everyday, but the AC worked pretty well. The hair dryer is very old style and weak.

Location was great. Staff were very professional and helpful. I would stay again.

Location and spacious room. Arrogant receptionists. Both of them who we met. It was more than visible that hotel had better times in past.

I stayed at this property for seven nights, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it at all. During my stay, there were four front desk staff members working different shifts. While three of them were kind and professional, one staff member who worked the night shifts on July 9th and July 10th during my stay was exceptionally rude to both me and my guest. On two separate occasions, my guest waited for me in the lobby and was treated disrespectfully. The way we were both treated/spoken to was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience significantly impacted my time in Paris and left me feeling upset throughout my stay. I contacted Booking.com regarding this inconvenience and they are currently working with the property that didn’t offer a resolution. Booking.com apologized and stated that this is not the level of service they expect their customers to receive. I wish there had been a manager or supervisor available to speak with at the time. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you should have to deal with is disrespect from hotel staff. Guests should be able to enjoy their stay while being treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
