great to have 2 rooms for family. good space for location and 4 star hotel for good price. air conditioning Images are not accurate. hotel has aged a fair bit. some noise form other rooms but overall quite ok. staff is semi helpful. ie no or very limited reluctant help with luggage . if i wouldn't travel with family i would choose other place. for familiy needing 2 beds in adjacent rooms it was very good

Location is good and the front office staff are delightful. The street noise is unbearable. The pictures posted must be from 20 years ago. The place is a dive. Highly overpriced!

Excellent location, everything you need in the apartment. Shower was new, air conditioning worked great, and they deliver you free continental breakfast to your room every morning. No complaints at all

GOOD : -friendly front desk staff , nice location , close to Metro . BAD: - room NOT VACUUMED : fluff/lint in all the rooms -HYGIENE: room service staff stacked dirty dishes back in cupboard!! - NO SHOWER BASKETS : shampoo etc have to sit on the shower floor - multiple FLASHING LIGHT BULBS - bedroom WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN for ventilation from the vent well.

the slanted ceilings on the 6th floor, diminished the size of the living area, but moreimportantly was a hindrance to my 6'3" husband.

No Coffee capsules for every day, it's just 4 capsules for 8 days.

The elevator was slow and there were a lot of gnats in the bathroom because there wasn't a working dehumidifier.

The location is perfect! Close to everything, at walking distance! Many restaurants and shops around the location! A little noisy in the main room, but comfortable in the back overlooking rooms! The inner doors and locks need a bit of renewal.

The apartment was cozy for 3 women, but all worked out ok. The queen size bed was comfy as well as the pull out couch. The staff was amazing! They were so helpful and very friendly. Matthew went out of his way to help + offered to be a guide on our first day. The location is great to walk to so many places including the Louvre and Notre Dame. No breakfast was offered. A restaurant is attached to the hotel for convenience. Maps of Paris with site locations would be very appreciated. It is very to get lost/confused walking. Another outlet in the living area would be helpful as a charging area and to plug in other things like hair dryer/curling iron. The apartment would be ok for 2 people, but more than that it seems a little crowded.

Great location with everything you need in walking distance. Rooms were spacious (the apartment fit 4 people comfortably). This is more personal preferences, feather than against the hotel: windows were thin and there was a lot of noise from the street, coffee/teas were only provided for one day and random plugswould switch off during the night.

We loved this accommodation. It was a great design and an even better location. We could walk or catch the metro so easily. We chose this area for the Ballet and it was ideal. We would highly recommend.
