location was nice. the room was ok cleaned. nice balcony view. NO AIRCONDITION. THE ROOM CARD OPEN MORE ROOMS NOT ONLY MINE. Reception told me no worries its not hot today you dont need aircondirion LOL. ELEVATOR IS ONLY FOR 1 PERSON WITH NOT BIG LUGGAGE!!

Great location Everything was too small from the elevator, to the stairs and the hotel itself. Not recommended for claustrophobic people.

L’hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, quartiere vivo e vicinissimo alla metro. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è okay e lo staff cordiale e competente. La camera veniva pulita e cambiavano gli asciugamani e lenzuola ogni mattina. Purtroppo per un intera giornata siamo stati senza acqua, il che è stato un grande disagio soprattutto perchè ci sono stati 40 gradi e volevamo solo farci una doccia e usare il bagno. Per lo stesso problema, il caldo, il ventilatore in camera era davvero troppo piccolo e la sera si boccheggiava.

The location is amazing, close to bus and metro stops with a lot of shops, cafes and central tourist attractions nearby. The bed was comfortable, shower was big and overall room was great! There was a fan too. The garbage bin in the bathroom was really small, which was a bit problematic travelling with a child who still wears diapers. There seemed to be no ventilation in the bathroom too. What some tourists may not know is that there’s no AC. So your window will always be open, which means street noise at night and constant child monitoring for safety. We still had a good sleep though because we were tired!

this hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay at the centre of the city. 10-15 min walk to bridges and castle so it’s perfect! the breakfast is typical and tasty, there was a variety of everything. Staff is absolutely perfect and comfortable in conversation. Clean rooms with conditioner and the facilities

The location was good. The hotel is tiny. The elevator is the width of a suitcase you can get two small people in it side by side with Door shutting and grazing your body. Or it is a massive climb up spiral stairs. The hallways are tiny. Rooms tiny. Shower just about fit in and I am a small woman. No aircon in a heatwave on the top floor was horrific. Had to ask for a fan but it blew hot air. No bin in the room. Fridge for drinks. Tiny room. All needs updating.
