The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with beautiful design, thoughtful details and a warm, welcoming feel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and everything feels both charming and effortless. A place with real character - we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Rooms cool and well insulated.All staff - especially reception - friendly, multilingual, efficient and helpful. Not easy for older people to step in to the bath for a shower. Hotel really needs to install hand rails or there is an accident waiting to happen.

We liked the service. The Front Desk staff were superb. When we arrived, they came out to help us with our many pieces of luggage. Every day, when we dropped our key off, we would be greeted with smiles. Of the café staff, Arthur stood out. He was cheerful and brought our croissants and drinks very quickly. The staff at the rooftop bar were great too. They were cheerful and helpful with their suggestions for drinks and cocktails. A few of the café staff (not Arthur) took a long time to serve our food and drink and we had to get up from our seats a few times to follow up on our orders.

Fantastic breakfast- staff went beyond expectations and gifted us a bottle of champagne in the room as a surprise for my husband’s 40th. Nice roof top bar with dj for a quick drink before heading out. Very comfy bed. The area the hotel is located in felt a bit soulless compared to South Pigalle or Le Marais for example but still great in terms of proximity to everything. We might try their sister hotel next time in pigalle for more fun location + younger/hipper crowd.

We stayed during the Champions League final, there was a lot of noise in the streets, the hotel was very quite and we heard nothing from the room (which actually faced the street). The hotel exceeded our expectations, really we can't think of anything we didn't like.
