Leonardo Boutique Hotel Paris Opera

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Leonardo. The hotel is beautiful, with modern, spotless rooms that, while a bit compact, are very comfortable. The beds were excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was well-equipped with L'Occitane amenities, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality options to start the day. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The location is another major highlight. It's ideally situated within walking distance of Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower, and it also offers easy access to the metro for exploring the rest of Paris. Also, sorrounded by restaurants. I would 100% recommend Hotel Leonardo and would happily stay here again. There is nothing I dislike, we had a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff Very small bathroom

It is located very centrally but on a very quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again. There was no shower curtain.

Everything was Good ??

The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast room was a nice place to gather and eat before heading out for the day.

The only small flaw is that there's no fridge in room.

The room with a view in dark and dust

Everything is perfect, this was my 4th time at this hotel. Cosy, extremely clean, nice staff, great amenities. Very quiet.

Comfortable and well situated

The rooms was spacious. The staff was very nice. It was located on a narrow street, which made access quite difficult for taxis. Secondly, the elevator was very small-only two people could barely fit inside.

Location was great, very walkable to many great destinations. Breakfast was decent, though at times very crowded and once we were not able to be seated til another couple was done eating. Overall, I was disappointed in this boutique hotel experience. The staff was not overly friendly, the bed and particularly the pillows, were quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and the sink didn’t drain. We asked about air or a fan as it was warm and were told the AC wasn’t turned on yet and the fan never kicked on either.

There were only minor issues, such as paper cups not being replenished and the TV occasionally having technical problems with intermittent signal interruptions and bad signal quality.

The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled wonderful throughout. Everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

Room was great, large by Paris standards , free toiletries were L'occitane.

The check in staff (youngish Lady) and gentleman were really good. Very kind, professional and helpful all the time. The room and facilities were really good, great value for money . I was really impressed, truly 5 star The breakfast was great quality and sufficient. the lady running it was very nice, polite and very professional overall I really enjoyed my stay and it was indeed worth the stars allocated to it The gentleman on the night shift was not very good. He was totally different from the other staff, he was cold and not very helpful. He looked like he didn't want to be there. Almost ruined my overall great experience of the hotel
