at the entrance there was a strong smell of painting beside that the elevatore was small which is normal for europe buidlings, i didn't like that i have requested a comfy room for my family and they ended up putting us next to the service lifts and it was so noisy early morning, i spoke to the staff and they showed me 2 other rooms which was much better .. but i ended up doing the luggage 2 times in a day .. i would rather prefer that the staff needs to be more transparent and inform the guests about the rooms situation before ..

I am very pleased with my stay at Mondial Hotel. The hotel is excellent and in the perfect location. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to many attractions, and just two minutes from the nearest metro station. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfasts were delicious. We visited Paris during a heat wave, but thanks to the hotel's air conditioning, our room remained comfortable throughout our stay. The staff truly made our experience exceptional. They responded to every question I had before our arrival within minutes and even contacted me in advance to ask about my room preferences. I really appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend Mondial Hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back! None

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with a metro station nearby and plenty to explore in the Montmartre area. There are also countless restaurants just around the corner, making it easy to find somewhere to eat at any time of day. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat, and having an elevator made coming back after long days of exploring much easier. We loved the flexibility of being able to come and go as we pleased, even late in the evening. The complimentary extras really made this place stand out. Having free coffee, water, ice, and a daily snack available made it feel welcoming, and after a full day of sightseeing it almost felt like coming home. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice, and it was a lovely bonus that the bedding and towels were refreshed every day. Overall, this was one of our favourite places we stayed during our trip. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully done, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The reception smell was not good , no one to help with the bags and they had no phone in the room

This is my first time staying in the Grands Blvd Metro area, near the Grand Rex theater, and I really enjoyed it. I may stay in that area again next time. The room size was perfect, and the bed was so comfortable, I always had a great night of sleep. I was in Paris during the heat wave, and I'm so grateful that my room had A/C. It wasn't something that I required upon booking because this was my first time visiting Paris in late June, so I wasn't really anticipating the NEED for A/C. And especially considering that I was on the top floor, it was very important, and it would have caused me a medical emergency if I did not have A/C. n/a

What a great surprise this hotel was. Set back off the street, it felt more like a boutique hotel. Rooms were well appointed and came with everything you need. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. A supermarket was directly across the road and a metro station was within a minute's walk. The only complaint I have is that the hotel provided a coffee pod machine (plus the usual tea and coffee making accruements), which wasn't topped up each day. A small detail but important for some.

Friendly staff and clean. Location was great.

They didn’t clean the rooms every day and we had to ask for new towels
-
Bathroom was big and nice. I did not like the breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, with many tourist attractions nearby. The staff, seem not interested. I found a dirty sock under my bed. When I told the staff, they didn‘t apologize nor did they seem like they cared. When I checked out only one person (a woman) said good bye.

Location. The stuff were very nice. Good breakfast. Room was comfortable. Wi-Fi was working very badly. Walls are so thin, you can hear everything (literally how people coughing, sneezing, and talking). My windows were facing construction, there were starting around 8:30-9 am, not every day.

Room and location Breakfast. Some noise during the night on the hallway.

Right in the city centre, walking proximity to some of sightseeing attractions, super close to different subway lines, a lot of cafes nearby. Clean renovated rooms. Very small rooms and very tight corridors (nevertheless quite cozy). Homeless people sleep in the narrow street, leading to the hotel (they didn’t look aggressive or criminal, but still for a lady travelling alone it might feel a bit uncomfortable to pass them by).

Soundproof

The refrigerator in my room did not work. I alerted the staff about this on my first stay but it was never fixed. The staff was very accommodating and kept my items in the refrigerator in the cafe area.

Room view was not so good

all in all it was pleasant for a 3-star hotel. i had lower expectations coming in but overall everything was smooth. tidy. comfy. the room was smaller than my liking but i think that is the standard in paris in general.

The location was spot on. Walked most of the time to the main sightseeing spots. The room was very nice and comfortable. There was a problem with the a/c. They had constructions going on, this was a bit annoying, but not too much.

The staff Was not clean enough, dirty pillow, broken door handle, a bit dusty, too noisy due to construction. The room is actually smaller compared to what was depicted in the photos
