Location Security. The entrance smells of stale beer and smoke- kind of creepy. Tried to complain about feeling unsecured but no one was at front desk— so it only made us feel even less secure.. The next day a reception desk woman tried to help but she was obviously powerless. The decor is era 1990’s

Breakfast is not included, but the bar/restaurant of the hotel offers traditional french breakfast. A little pricey, but very good quality. Very authentic french atmosphere in the hotel. The location is excellent for experiencing Paris by foot or Metro. Step down into the street, and you see the Eiffel Tower on the other side of La Seine. Lots of shops with local grocery in the street of the hotel. The Passy area appears less "touristic" than Montmartre etc, but with a very nice, safe atmosphere. Passy Shoppingcenter 80 m from hotel, Passy Market just across the street, and 800m to the "hidden" Musée Marmottan Monet Some minor, but annoying facility flaws: We had 4 nights in a Superior room, and three times we had to have the keycards replaced, because they stopped working. The hairdryer and the showerhead was close to falling out of the wall. Also we did not have the room cleaned / towels changed until day 3, where we explicitly hung the "Please make up the room" on the door. Before that we had explicitly asked for clean towels and extra toilet paper. Maybe we misunderstood the concept... In the morning some noise can occur from trucks delivering goods to the shops in the street, but otherwise a quiet area.

Quite quiet in spite of location near (not on) busy street (a bit of garbage bin rumbling in the mornings). Absence of water heating kettle. The restaurant downstairs is open early and long hours, but being able to make a cup to drink in the room is always more comfortable. Room is small (and up a few stair steps) but website does not promise much space or accessibility (so just be aware).

Great location. 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. Great food. The bed was super comfortable. The room was a little small, but we were warned to expect that in Paris. The bathroom could have done with some very minor repairs

The location only. To be honest my expectation was better, the property looked different upfront. The room looked quiet big on picture than actually it is. Staff behavior was decent nothing remarkable. To be honest i would not come back to stay here in future its just the location is convenient if thats all you care about.
