Large room, very clean, adequate breakfast and 20 min walk from the Seine at Eiffel Tower. It was very hot when we were there and the hotel has no AC. We slept maybe 4 hours a night for 4 nights. The place would be a much better hotel for mild weather only.

The laundry service and front desk support were excellent. There's two places called Hotel Windsor. 1 is called 'Home' and the other called 'Opera'. Very different locations and amenities. Be sure you grab the one you want.

It was extremely quiet, and the staff were very accomodating throughout the stay. could not fault them. there was nothing I did not like!

Nice clean spacious room which was serviced to a good standard daily . Shower was basic but ok . Hotel has no lift and no public areas .

Estate and interior. Fabulous and beautiful sightseeing within waking distance. Cleaneliness: didn’t clean up disturbing people. Hotel staffs. Neighbors and people in neighborhood

Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Perfect if you just need a bed and a shower.

The heating radiator didn’t work at in the toilet. The door of the toilet was broken and could not close properly. There was no parking garage as said in description. No breakfast was served and told us that it is not halal.

The location was very convenient for our purpose of the travel. The size of the deluxe room was bigger than the parisian standards. The breakfast was fine, as was the bed and pillows. The room was giving on the street and if you would open the window passers by would see you. No possibility of inclining window to get some fresh air. Also rhe bathroom was very old fashioned and the towels worn out. Last,the decor of the room was a bit creepy with the 2 "hands" coming out of the wall.

I liked the homely nature of the hotel.Access control was great and the room was spacious and comfortable.Location was about 7-10 minutes walk to the OECD building where my program was held.I therefore did not take a taxi to work. I walked to and from the OECD building. The breakfast was okay but would have benefitted from more variety,for example Omlette .The staff were very friendly and helpful. The was no gym and /fitness center
