The A/C! Great bed and bathroom, excellent staff (especially Marstel, who was so friendly and helpful.) Location, street, neighborhood all marvelous. Wished that the TV had had an English language channel or two.

Very good location Charging €40 for parking without any discount for hotel guests is not customer-friendly. To make matters worse, the hotel is listed as having parking in the search filters, but in reality, there is no on-site parking. This is misleading.

Really awesome location, close to multiple Metro stations, the Moulin Rouge and all the restaurants you'd want, plus supermarkets and a really great value bakery all within a couple blocks. The room was comfortable, a refrigerator was a great amenity and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay at Hotel Apollo Opera again. I wish breakfast was included in all levels of reservations, but I understand. And despite the elevator being really small, it's always a good thing to have an elevator in an European hotel.

The room were good, Parisian size. Located right next to Pigalle, the hotel is easy to go to. Nothing in particular.

We loved the location and that is why I booked it. No outside space, our room and bathroom were very tight, so not much room for our luggage and toiletries. The heat had been turned on in our room and the staff didn’t know how to change it to AC. They did get it fixed eventually but we arrived during a heat wave and our room was like a sauna for the first few hours. Our room was very clean and the location was great!

It was very clean and conveniently located. Easy access to both subway and bus systems. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and markets Air conditioning in our room wasn’t great. The room temperature was very comfortable if the windows were open, but during the night there was a lot of noise from the busy cafes down the street which went on until the wee hours of the morning. The windows were surprisingly soundproof when closed

The hotel is clean, well located, and the staff is friendly. The street at night is a bit too loud.

My room looked nothing like in the pictures. I guess I got a non-renovated room. Cleaning in the bathroom can be improved. Breakfast was the biggest disappontment. Lack of variety of any kind and at 7:30, basically all cold cuts and cheese was gone, and no one came to replace this while I had breakfast. Breakfast is served in a very small room, like a cellar, no windows. It was just not a pleasant morning experience overall.

Location Dangerous shower the step off way too high

Despite a 14m2 room, it was comfortable. Nice and dark and quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. Shower was nice and hot except for one day when there was no hot water for awhile (was functioning by evening). The location was very nice and just 200m from Blanche metro and bus stops. Lots of bakeries, cafes, and restaurants in the neighborhood which are busy in the evening. Very nice. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Apollo Opera and would stay here again.

Great location, few steps from moulin rouge and montmarte. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On the pictures it seems a bit more renovated than it actually is.
