The reception staff were generally friendly and helpful when we raised our concerns. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I would never recommend it. We unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, particularly because we were travelling with our young son. We requested a baby crib through Booking.com and mentioned it again when we arrived. However, when we returned to the hotel around 10 PM on our first evening, nothing had been set up. I had to go down to reception myself, collect the crib, mattress and sheets, carry everything upstairs and assemble it myself. We then discovered that there was no blanket or pillow for our son. We asked about this the following day. Later, the hotel provided a double sized duvet, which was absolutely enormous compared with the crib and, in our opinion, completely unsuitable and potentially unsafe for a small child. What makes this even more confusing is that, on our final day, the front desk manager told us that for safety reasons, the hotel does not provide duvets or pillows for babies in cribs. So apparently a duvet is considered unsafe, yet the solution they provided was a huge double duvet for our baby. And unfortunately, that was not the only issue. For two days, we had no clean towels, and the rubbish bin in our room was not emptied even though it was completely full of used baby diapers. We reported this to reception, and the staff there were very understanding and agreed that this was clearly not the level of service we should have received. We ended up having to sort out towels ourselves just so we could shower. We were then told several times that we should speak to the manager, who would supposedly be informed about the situation. The first time, the manager was not there. The following day, we were again told to come back another day. When we finally managed to speak to the manager on our last day, the attitude was extremely disappointing. She initially barely acknowledged us and did not even seem to have been informed about what had happened.

Absolutely the best welcome to a hotel. Very friendly. Beds and rooms were clean and comfy. The location is not walkable to much in Paris. We found a restaurant and one or two shops but it might be perfect for some.

We got adjoining rooms with the kids. We loved having separate spaces and two very nice bathrooms with all the amenities. The rooms themselves were a good size for Paris too - not cramped like many Paris hotels. They had just cleaned the spa so it smelled a bit of sewer at the entrance.

Location and room Air conditioning didn’t work and it was over the weekend so this could not be fixed. Staff were very helpful to move me room although it was a downgrade but they did reimburse the difference

Simon at reception gave us a very warm welcome, good tips. The room was clean, cozy, beautiful, full of the right amenities. Absolutely nothing, it was great.
