The room was comfortable and clean. There was an elevator for transporting luggage to the room. A grocery store is located across the street. The staff was helpful and someone was always at the desk. The mini fridge did not get very cold. That was our only complaint.

The staff was kind, the room was tiny but comfortable. Everything was clean. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was how stuffy and hot it was. The room was very small, and without air conditioning it became uncomfortable, especially at night. There were two fans, but one of them was very weak, so it was difficult to sleep well. Another issue was that when we returned late one evening, we found the front door locked. We had to ring the bell several times and ended up waiting outside for at least five minutes before someone let us in. The most unpleasant experience was when the cleaning staff entered our room at 9:15 a.m. while we were still in bed. They did not knock or announce themselves before entering, and there was no apology afterwards. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and did not feel that the accommodation met our expectations.

Very clean, cozy room. Close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. Check in was a little slow.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel is very clean. There is no space to put your clothes in, for a triple room it gets very complicated. Also, you need to open the window as there is no air con, however outside it is quite noisy and we had troubles to sleep. Even if the window is closed, you still hear everything. The mini fridge also was not properly working.

Dishonest to rent a room on the 6th floor without air conditioning 140 euros for a single room when the temperature is 40 degrees outside

Very nice area and very close to tube line do reach Paris city center No air conditioning when temperature was 39°C The amenities were never replaced which made us ration soap.

L’accueil est chaleureux et les lits sont confortables. Nous avons même pu déposer nos bagages avant de récupérer la chambre, c’est un service que nous avons apprécié ! Le petit + : l’ascenseur. L’hôtel est proche du métro donc c’est plutôt pratique. L’insonorisation et la propreté de la chambre… Nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit dans les couloirs… Pensez à prendre des boules quies !

Good location in montmartre, comfortable bed, clean hotel and silent. The room was spacious, it just lacks some storage furniture. The cleaning staff did a great job everytime. It would be nice to have a drawer or some other storage furniture
