When we arrived at 10pm check in was interrupted so the man on the desk could argue with other guests, we had to leave and try and check in later on. Staff were very rude and incredibly keen to get us out of our room at check out despite check out being until 12.

Easy access. Friendly staff. Close to Montmartre Ctr. When Showering can be seen reflected from mirror. Hairdryer more like a dryer/blower only.

The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main train station and a 10 minute walk to the underground metro stop. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The room was definitely compact but the beds were comfortable. All in all it's a good budget friendly place to stay for a night if you want to explore Paris. As before the room was small but it's a budget friendly option.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast good. The location is superb, a lot od restauranta nearby and a walking distance to the monuments in Montmartre. The AC was not in the room, which was very unfortunate in this heat wave, but that is the only thing to complain about.

In addition, it was almost impossible to access and use the parking area. The hotel was difficult to reach, causing a great deal of frustration. Due to the combination of the rude treatment, the lack of accessible parking, and the unsafe atmosphere we experienced both in the hotel and the surrounding area, we decided to book another hotel instead. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely unfriendly and used inappropriate and disrespectful language, which made us feel particularly unwelcome as women. In addition, it was almost impossible to access and use the parking area. The hotel was difficult to reach, causing a great deal of frustration. A good value for money hotel in a great location , near to transport links, plenty bars and restaurants in the area.

No AC during the heatwave unfortunately. Floor fan not effective in lowering room temperature and could not keep windows open due to bugs.
