The downstairs of the hotel was modern and clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. Staff were friendly. However, the room we stayed in was dated and smelled strange. The shower was part of the room with no door separating it. The road outside was noisy and the windows not thick enough so our sleep was very disrupted. All in all a bit disappointing for the price.

The breakfast was amazing, staff were great, rooms are clean! The beds are big but rooms are quite small and the toilet is very close to the bed so you can hear everything the other person is doing, but it was still a great stay!

Perfectly located to be within distance of the wonderful sights of Paris. Port de Cligancourt Metro is a five minute walk from the hotel and the heart of Montmatre is another five minute walk in a different direction. Staff were amazing & very welcoming. Beds were super comfy & breakfast was lovely with plenty of options available. I would highly recommend this hotel. N/A

Good location, close to two metro lines and close to Saint Ouen market. Clean room, with all the standard amenities expected in this tier of hotel. Breakfast was good. Hot water in the shower took a long time to get running, room on the smaller side

It had a good location, was relatively clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were attentive A noise in the bedroom, like a drill. When we moved the sofa it hadn’t been cleaned underneath for ages. Shower wasn’t very powerful

Very helpful staff. Good sized room with lots of power plugs. Comfortable beds. Manoeuvring round the corridors in the lift area is a bit tricky with suitcases. Shower space was quite small.

The hotel really met our all expectaions. The breakfast with good quality products, smiley and very helpful staff, quite and spacious room for my family were perfect. They offer the clients free and cold water 24 hours in the kitchen. This was so kind and nice. The location was close to the metro stations. We would like to stay there again. The only thing was the door of the bathroom (which is designed for disabled people). It was a bit hard to move, open and close. But this was really minor.

It was clean and breakfast was amazing. This room with toilet/shower was so small, I could lie on my bed and put my feet up on any of 3 walls. The toilet was so close to the shower I had to put my legs in the shower to sit on the toilet. It was comically small. Also the bed looks like a “double” bed but it’s actually something in between a twin bed and a single bed. I’ve never seen a bed this size. Unless you’re very small, it’s a bed for one.

Clean, Friendly staff. Well located for Metro. Breakfast was reasonably good. Nice touch to have tea, coffee etc available all day. Shower room pretty small but do understand why. A little bit noisy at night.
