Hospitality, location near to Jules Joffrin metro station and several bus stations . Thus, have easy and quick access to all Paris sites and lovely “Quartiers” ? Many cozy restaurants and cafés near by , very nice Breadfast all the staff are so cute but the ones I know their names are Mrs. Françoise in the buffet and Mr. Mounir at the front office Location and cleanliness

Staff was incredibly welcoming and very accommodating. Air conditioning wasn’t really working well but after we brought it up to the staff, they got it running as it should.

This place was incredible. It was the perfect location, the room was clean & comfortable & I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They were so helpful & kind. Shout out to Munir who was great! It’s a really cute, clean, & quiet hotel with awesome people. There is not a single thing I didn’t like, it was a wonderful place.

Wifi is terrible, otherwise would've been 10/10

Great neighborhood, clean and with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel was safe and clean, the personnel was friendly and helpful. -

The shower is rather tiny, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. I found a black pill on the floor presumably from the previous guests. Mattress is in need of repair and was a little uncomfortable, but I was able to sleep.

The staff was very kind. The sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

The staff were really king and extremely helpful. The hotel has an elevator. The location is nearby to metro and bus station that is convenient. The cleanliness of a room is under a question. My sink was dirty and the water drained too slowly from the sink and I couldn't wash my face properly because the sink was overflowing. The bed cover had an iron stamp and I saw hairs on the wall.
-
Location (close to metro station and short walk to the heart of Montmartre), possibility of storing luggage after check out. VERY small rooms, issues at check in with keys not working, wouldn’t call the staff friendly. Would not go back.

On the upside, the staff was very kind, gave me a superior room and included breakfast. Totally non refundable…no options offered …I had booked for 5 nights but I found out my brother had passed away a week and a half before my stay in Paris. Due to that, i changed my plans to stay with friends rather than spend 5 days in Paris alone. I gave more than a week notice so I am sure they were able to rebook the three nights. In the end I paid over $800 for the two nights.

The location is good, however, regarding transportation, the following details should be considered: there are two metro stations nearby — M4 Porte de Clignancourt and M12 Jules Joffrin. I do not recommend using the M4 metro line, as it is quite far to walk from the hotel, and the trip takes at least 30 minutes. The M12 line is a better option. Also, in the room, the water in the bathroom sink was draining slowly, which caused some discomfort.

The property was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Room was a little larger than normal for Paris!! It was further away from the centre of Montmartre than I thought…but that was my mistake in not looking more carefully at the location.
-
The room was very comfortable. 10 points for the beds & pillows. The location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Specially Massimiliano who was very sweet and kind. Thank u Massimiliano! :) We’ll definitely come back! The space of the room was a bit tight.

perfect location for our needs - close to tube station - lovely neighborhood - friendly staff - clean and comfortable n.a.
-
We came in on the Metro straight from Gare du Nord and our navigation had us take the 4 to Porte de Clignancourt, then walk to the hotel. I would recommend getting off one stop before - it's the same time walking but was through a less hectic area.
-
Location was great. Our room was right next to the breakfast service so it was quite loud in the morning.
-
Excellent location with great cafes and bistros nearby. Stylish, petit hotel with comfortable rooms. And importantly for Paris, an elevator! Some glasses instead of paper cups in plastic bags would be appreciated but otherwise all fine :)

Great location, nice decor, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, very clean and offered good buffet breakfast. Great value for a lovely hotel. The buffet breakfast is very good but sometimes it can be unpredictable as items run out. More items suitable for people with food intolerances such as alternative milk like oat milk.
