Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower. The room service menu was very limited in selections and didn’t have a good variety. Food could be better. I ended up getting sick and needed room service so room service became a part of my overall experience.

I love this hotel so much. Great location, beautiful room, and superb hospitality. I love their attention to details. Got champagne, and cute souvenirs for my family. Definitely will stay again at this hotel if i come to Paris. Everything is perfect

Location if traveling alone was safe Convenience/consistency of a big chain. Personal attention of a boutique hotel. Can’t think of a negative. Pricey but backed up service.

The hotel is in the best location and the staff is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is also fantastic. Interior could use a refresh but the staff, location and size of the rooms makes up for it.

Rooms are small but the bathroom/shower was larger than most I've seen in France.Luxury bed,linens,towels.Quiet. Charming area with many peaceful restaurants nearby.Breakfast was adequate but I wish there were more items (nut butters,baked beans perhaps)for us vegetarians. The hotel is abundantly staffed.Never a wait for anything. Great small little bar.Reception staff helpful and cheerful.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. They truly want you to experience Paris in the best ways possible. Jeanne at the front desk is nothing short of lovely and the conceirge is beyond happy to help with anything you need. I thought the bed was hard. Not firm, hard. Beds a re a personal thing…. Even with that, I would go back again!
