Not very clean

There was no air conditioning.

Absolutely nothing Everything g was very blah , very low class

Location and breakfast Cleaning came just 2 times and they change sheets 1 time also we stayed 5 days !!

Cute hotel Bathrooms

Enjoyed the view from the 4th Floor balcony. It's located within walking distance to Notre Dam, Museum DOrsay, and Louvre. Easy access to restaurants and Seine River cruises that take you to the Eiffel Tower and close to Champs DeLise. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The bathroom was recently decorated and upgraded, however the smell from the drains was very strong and unpleasant. We expected a nicer place for the money we paid. We shall look for another hotel next time.

It was close to everything and the staff was outstanding. Both times we stayed by storage of luggage, help getting around calling taxis for us and the breakfast was so good had everything and so relaxing not rushed at all. We had a bit of a medical emergency and the staff was so accommodating and helped in every way they could . They went above their duties. We were there in a heat wave no AC at location but did have a fan . Would like to see 2 fans per room as would help a bit or even floor portable air conditioners

No central air - just a fan in the room. No hooks or towel racks in the bathroom. Very bland room - three beds lined up.

The staff and location was amazing the staff went out of their was to help make everything right for your stay they called you cabs and storage of luggage there to answer any questions and there breakfast is so accommodating with anyone with food, allergies. No AC just a fan

Convenient to metro No a/c normally not a problem but we were there during a record heat wave

Old-building charm and a great location, close to the Louvre area, Le Marais, Les Halles mall, a nearby Monoprix, so many shops and restos around, yet still on the quiet side of the street. Seemed very safe. and only 2 minutes from the subway station. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was outdated and slightly rundown, and it could have been much cleaner. Cleaning was inconsistent and not thorough, with many spots overlooked. The bathroom also needed better upkeep, as it was constantly damp and had mildew.

Location was ok Breakfast was regular and tea/ coffe after hours was restricted and almost not available in the evening

Breakfast was delicious, the water machine all day use was very wonderful. Going back and forth to places. close to metros, location close to restaurants and walking to Notre Dame I have no complaints.

We liked the location most of all, which is why we decided on this property. The facilities were fine, we knew what we were getting for the price and location. What we can't negotiate is the attitude and the hygiene, and we were disappointed from both of these, especially the hygiene. We checked in at 3 PM. Before settling in, we left the bags at the room, and we saw that the bed was unmade. We were worried about the bed sheets and whether they would have been changed. We noticed a red stain in one of the sheets, after we came back in the room, it looked like it was clean by the red stain was still on the sheets, and we saw hair in the bed as well. We notified the reception, but they didn't apologize, they just said we are going to send someone. A cleaning lady came, she changed the sheet with the red stain, but when we ask to change the other sheet with the hair, she said no. The cleaning lady looked very tired and was complaining in French all the time, and that made us feel bad, like we did that to her.

Good choice, the hotel is next to restaurant area. You can find many restaurants and the popular restaurant nearby. Nothing
