It was clean and the staff were nice. First off all they charged me with 200 euros as a guarantee ( something that wasn’t written when i booked it) and for the city tax. Rooms were very small, but at least they were clean. At breakfast u are limited, majority of the food is bakery. Just in the second day i found out that they were able to provide ( on request eggs), and that s because the employee who was serving wasn’t speaking english, just french.

Really friendly staff with 24/7 front desk that helped us with our luggage. Good location and has A/C. Big bathroom. Small space for luggage and does not have an elevator so we had to go up multiple flights of stairs with our stuff.

Very peaceful atmosphere - close to my family so excellent location I didn’t have any warning that I was going to be in the third floor up a spiral staircase with no lift. I’m over 70 yrs old and struggled with my luggage

Great location, rooms are clean and they serve a nice breakfast. There was a good vibe in the neighborhood when we stayed. There is a nice restaurant just across the hotel. Rooms are a bit too small.

The rooms are really clean, but what made our stay special was Enrique who was at the front desk. Honestly, he went above and beyond to help us which helped ease up the situation with my elderly parents and our big luggage One building has an elevator, unfortunately it wasn’t ours. And when booking the room there was no specification. I have elderly parents and we were traveling with big luggage. However, Enrique helped us get it upstairs with no problems. Honestly he made the difference in our stay.

Location was absolutely perfect, close enough to the main drag of Paris, but also tucked away in a quieter street across from a wonderful cafe restaurant. Very well kept No real complaints, but it was a bit warm and I couldn't figure out the AC - I take responsibility as I could have asked, but kept arriving back to the hotel late

Close to stadium for the rugby. Easy access to metro. Really friendly staff Nice little chocolate on pillow and complimentary water on arrival. Open 24hours, just leave key behind reception when leaving and pick up when returning. There wasn’t much not to like.
