Very clean, small room and elevator but is good, very good breakfast. Check in was slower, we had waited about 2 hours, the room don’t have small fridge

The cooling system is set by default to a certain temperature, so during the hot days in Paris the temperature inside was not cool enough. Rude staff with attitude

Only positive thing is you can always have coffee and water freely. Sorry but the place was a mess. If you look into the photos i shared you could see. Broken shower door, broken curtain, broken bathroom door, very very dirty faucet… You are on a vacation and want to relax but when you arrive and see your room is like that imagine the disappointment. The room itself is very small and there is no way two people can fit in there even without luggages. You feel like you are in a coffin, especially in the bathroom, even though i am not very tall and big. When you want to change the room all you hear is “SORRY, WE ARE ALL BOOKED!”. Well, i am sorry as well because all i did was booking a room from you. In addition, there were not any slippers and other things like spare toothbrush, toothpaste, ear cotton buds etc. You can find them in any simple hotel yet couldn’t find them in this one.

Convenient hotel for events at the expo center and Roland Garros stadium. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and shops. The coffee machines (with various coffees, cocoa, and tea) were free and available 24/7. A tiny room, but comfortable, and had what we needed, for a good price. The room doors are thin, and it isn't soundproofed, but it's a fairly small place (only a few rooms per floor), and wasn't bad at all.

Good location, close to metro station and by line 9 easily get to city center in 30 mins. All staff are very friendly

The staff is just great, impeccable service.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean too. Had a quite nice view from the window. The bathroom was a little too tiny. There was no shampoo left in the shower. Metro stop is not super close, requires a 7-8 minutes walk, can be annoying in bad weather.
