Location, Staff

The bed and the hotel's location were very good. The room was small and the only window was a glass door which needed to remain covered for privacy. There was a disturbingly strong smell of perfumed rose in the room, especially during the night. Every light source was very bright. Breakfast options are not listed anywhere and I only discovered they had eggs because someone ordered them. I was presented with three rolls, some margarine and a coffee as "the breakfast." Ask for what you want because they won't offer to tell you.

The room had a wall to wall carpet which I personally do not like.

Close to transport Clean, pleasant staff

no ac, no screen for the windows (mosquitos are a problem). dislike the style of the sink faucet. would rather have room keys for all travelers instead of getting the key from the front desk each time.

Good location to catch the metro or buses. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Locals neighborhood- cafe's etc. Cute with colorful window boxes of red geraniums on all the windows. The hotel housekeeping was nice and always left me clean towels, even when they said they usually don't unless you throw them on the floor. Overall, it was ok, a get what you pay for situation. Very tiny rooms ( even for European expectations). The room I was in was right over the hotel sign and brightly lit all night so I couldn't keep the windows open for fresh air (no AC), very stuffy room. The staff was kinda just doing their job vibe. Had to leave the key every time I went out (expected in many older European hotels) but usually on return, no one at the desk to get it back (I was never coming or going at odd hours or unusual times). Rooms are dated and not super clean, but respectable. The shower was teeny tiny and I had to squeeze through to fit in- reminded me of the old telephone booths when you bumped elbows on the walls- imagine it as a shower.

Nice little hotel with ~20 rooms. Very well located. Nice & helpful staff.

Immaculate, picturesque, great service, quiet. Hidden gem in a calm and quiet area of Paris within walking distance of great restaurants, Arc de Triomphe, and public transportation. No elevator/lift for luggage which could be difficult for older guests, but an older building so understandable.

Nice location, beautiful and comfortable rooms, friendly staff
-
Perfect location, within walking distance of many amenities. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this little boutique hotel was, from the staff, the smell of Jasmine, a perfect French breakfast with excellent service from all Not one thing. For tourists they might not appreciate the lack of AC, but we are in France…and fans are provided

small, clean rooms. good location and value for money. available staff. I see a negative review on here saying there aren't any slippers in the rooms. I don't know why there should be, but I am happy to inform everyone that slippers are now provided.

Very friendly staff - arranged for a nice gluten-free breakfast. Love that they use organic products in various places.

Charming small hotel in a calm location in Paris. Clean, cosy, very nice staff. It was my second stay with my doggie, and the second time everything was just perfect.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We also enjoyed the kitchen facilities. The hotel provided free coffee and cereal for all guests which can be used at any time. There was a fridge available for guests to keep their personal items chilled. We also appreciated that the hotel cleaned and room and left fresh towels every day. Unfortunately we weren’t able to check in early (although this wasn’t something we requested until we arrived).
