Location is good, close to station and within a safe neighborhood. Also staff clean the unit every day. Very comfortable beds. No clean sheets provided.

Location was ideal and close to the metro The mattress was worn out, saggy and had a hole in it, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We were out of shower gel. No plug in the bathroom. The carpets were not clean. Unfortunately during our stay, they had a flood in the 4th floor. The vending machines didn’t work, the one vending machine only worked with an app that needs to validate you through SMS, which would require international travellers to roam. We couldn’t use the tub because the plug was broken and it was a very dimly lighted room

The location is very good: near the subway and FlixBus station. The breakfast is excellent. The stuff is friendly. The walls are too thin, it’s possible to hear your neighbors.

The hotel location was convenient, but overall my stay was not fully satisfying. The room felt small, cleaning was not done daily or thoroughly, and breakfast often had items missing. Some of the staff could be more attentive to their duties.

The staff was really friendly, the code for doors was super smart. Bed was nice. Be obs that some of the rooms was in two stories with the bathroom and entrance below and steep stairs up to the bed. Not a problem for us though. The walls are paper thin, 2 out of 3 nights I was kept awake by a lady getting what must be the best sex of her life at 2 o'clock at night. Water in the shower is not really hot. Breakfast was just ok. If you can afford it, get a hotel closer to the city to avoid transport.

A perfect stay with a really good price!! Breakfast is what needed before exploring the city! Room was really clean and comfy! Perfect location, very safe and nearby a metro station! Nothing) would be perfect if room was cleaned every day, but we stayed for 2 days so not nessesary.

Location Communication was poor, I got asked for payment verification and got charged. It seems they got hacked, they just told me to ignore the message and they have not been helpful in resolving the matter. Basically I paid twice for the stay! think walls, you can hear every flush.

Location is good The staff was always bickering between each other. Rude staff. in seven days nobody came to clean up the room and the AC and the humidity in the room is over 100% and it was impossible to sleep on those no non-quality sheets they were suffocating

The hotel is well located, just few minutes from the metro. Access instructions are clear. The hair dryer was not working, the breakfast was expensive for about 3 croissants, a few eggs and bacon, and 4 yaourts in total. The AC was not working and the window was blocked so we couldn't open it!

Place is close to the center. Hotel is quiet. Rooms didnt have a mini bar. They dont come daily for cleaning and when they do they dont replace bedding or add water bottles or coffee and dont clean well (bed cover was only made nothing else). No kitchen or a restaurant or snack at the hotel except for a machine that uses coins (couldnt use it during my stay because i never have coins)

The location was great Unfortunately, the property didn’t look like the pictures at all. It was so tiny that you cannot even move. It was also quite dirty in my room with Hair all over the floor, dust particles literally falling off in chunks from the ventilators in the bathroom, dried water stains on the floor and on the toilet seat and humidity stains on the walls. Very unhappy and will not be staying again.
