Great in every aspect!

This hotel was ok, I have only stayed at Airbnb before in Paris. We picked the location to be close to Notre Dame which was a 10-15 minute walk. We were only here for 2 nights. On a main road, close to restaurants. Small, not great curb appeal, small lobby.

Great room with great views; wonderful and friendly staff; excellent location.

Fantastic location, decent facilities, solid 3 star hetel Sewer smell, not that cold A/C, not pay attention on detail such as our shower gel bottle was empty never refilled, our flight was canceled so only able to come a day later the hotel won’t comp one night because it was non-refundable book although it was completely out of our control

The room had wonderful AC, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the location was perfect for touring Notre Dam. Saturday night was noisy, but Sunday night was not. Earplugs solved the noise problem.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable, the location is excellent, and the staff (esp. Eric at the front desk) were lovely and very helpful. We loved the ready supply of (free) cold water (still or sparkling) in the breakfast room, with water bottles provided. Paris was in the middle of a heatwave and the AC went out in our room (but we were warned of this prior to arrival and were offered and given a discount on our stay). I don't blame the hotel for that issue, though! Our room was on a low floor and above a popular bar, so it was noisy at night with the windows open (bring earplugs).

The room was beautifully furnished - it looked as though it had recently been renovated. Great bathroom. Had a balcony overlooking the street, which was good to sit/stand on. The staff were lovely. There always seemed to be someone at the front desk to welcome you when you returned to the hotel. Great location - close to the Seine and Boulevard St Germain. We walked everywhere! There was a lift, which was appreciated as we had heavy suitcases. Nothing - all was good!

Breakfast was a bit simple - worked well for me, but my daughter who is picky due to her allergies couldn't find anything to her taste. But it was easily solvable with cafés near the Luxembourg gardens within the same price range.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto do metrô e em um bairro muito agradável. Apesar de estar em uma grande avenida, o hotel é charmoso e o quarto era super silencioso. Atendimento foi bom, quartos limpos e boa roupa de cama. O hotel possui um elevador que facilita o acesso aos quartos com as malas. Voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza. Optamos pelo quarto Duplo Superior por ser mais espaçoso. Ficamos em um quarto no 6o andar que parecia menor do que o descrito. O banheiro era bom, mas o box muitíssimo pequeno. Nossos amigos ficaram em um quarto mais aconchegante e espaçoso em outro andar.

Location Tight spaces but ok

Great location Hotel is very clean. Great breakfast. We were there in a heat wave and the air-conditioning was fantastic.

The room is rather small. The bathroom is TINY. Wish they had thicker sheets.

Location Staff tolerate guests not necessarily welcome them. Not super helpful.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. We had two rooms for a family of 5 and the AC did not work well in either room. We didn’t raise a concern because every other guest in the hotel commented that the AC was poor. From our experience in Paris, most hotels do not have great AC compared to the states. But it did make the stay a bit uncomfortable. The AC was insufficient.

It was clean and nicely updated.
