2. Wide range of breakfast which included plenty of options for vegetarian as well. Definitely value for money. 3. Very accessible to Metro and Bus stations to all major locations. 4. Safe location - After visiting Effiel tower late in the night and also the following day we finished up concert and came back to the hotel with no issues. 5. Being near to St. Micheal-Germain roads, plenty of options of restaurants with different cuisines

Firstly, the air conditioning system was not functioning in cooling mode, as the hotel had already switched to heating due to seasonal changes. Unfortunately, this resulted in extremely high room temperatures, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. While we attempted to open the windows to ventilate the room, this presented additional concerns: - The windows open fully and do not have protective screens, raising concerns about insects entering the room. - The proximity of neighboring balconies created a lack of privacy and a sense of insecurity. - The room directly faces university classrooms, making it difficult to rest due to visibility and noise. These factors combined made it nearly impossible to achieve proper rest during our stay. Additionally, we were not informed in advance about the city tax, which we believe should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking. Furthermore, the housekeeping service did not meet expected standards. Over a period of four days: - Trash was not consistently removed. - Essential supplies were not replenished. Given the above concerns, we believe the stay did not meet the expected standards associated with your brand. We kindly request that you review this matter and consider providing a fair compensation at least!

Very nice well maintained and beautifully furnished rooms in an ideal location for touring Paris. Rooms are quite small by American standards but they are adequate.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect – close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!

A great location in the heart of the Latin Quarter but also on a very quiet street, away from the noise. Near plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, this was a great hotel. (My tip - don't bother with the breakfast option. There are two cafes within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, both of which serve good coffee and pastries for significantly cheaper.)

It was clean and in a good area. The room was extremely small, the breakfast was really basic.

Best of the structure is the staff 24/7 available for everything. The bar downstairs with coffee and alcoholic drinks is very useful. The position is amazing there are a lot of restaurants around, walking distance to everything. The room is very clean and also spacious. Very good value for the price we paid. We initially booked 2 rooms for 4 people and one of my friend ended up wanting her personal room and the staff was so good in giving her a room immediately. You should go to this Hôtel because it’s everything you need
