The 5th-floor suite was lovely with light coming in from windows on both sides. A/C worked great and was quiet. Lighting was excellent for reading. TV offers satellite channels with international news. Coffee machine on 1st floor worked great (for an American-type coffee, press lungo or cafe-au-lait twice to fill large cup). Receptionists spoke English very well (one had been an au pair in California) and were very friendly and helpful. The location just around the corner from the Moulin Rouge and down the hill from Montmartre is very convenient. Even though the street was under repair, our arrival and departure taxis were able to get within say 50 feet of the hotel door. The breakfast meusli was high quality and all portions were generous. Saturday night people were out late in the streets, but with the windows closed, the (5th floor) room was quiet. Plenty of hot water in the morning for showers. The tub looked inviting for a bath; a bit awkward for a shower if you're not careful to keep from getting water all over the floor. The grip handles in the tub were most welcome but if you are a bit unsteady, you might want a room with a traditional shower. It would help immensely for them to show pictures of the breakfast items and provide a better idea of serving sizes. Being uncertain of portion sizes, we ordered too much. Items kept arriving randomly and there wasn't enough room on the table to fit everything. The breakfast service was gracious despite this. Note, in room the breakfast price was quoted as 15 euroes, but upon checkin they charged 18 euros. At night we wanted to sleep with the window (away from the street) open, but cigarette smoke came in from somewhere so we had to close it. Luckily the A/C worked well.

Very good located to metro Blanche and to Montmatre. The staff could not manage to fix the bath in 3 days. We had only boiling hot water in the shower or no water , the toilet came loose all the time. The curtains not fix. I have no idea how this place got 4 Star Hotel it is max 2 Star. The floor completely filthy and the room very small

We were her a week. Location, old charm and staff are wonderful! Rooms are tight. If you are tall or heavy it could effect your stay.

Hotel was perfect located if you visit Moulin Rouge. Montmartre within walking distance. Very tiny room for breakfast.

Location was perfect - easy metro access, close to our evening venue, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc in the area and lots to see. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was available, but we chose to rather try out some of the nearby patisseries for breakfast. We would defintely stay here again, mostly because of the location We found the heatiing in the room a bit warm for us, but just opened the window. If you feel the cold, then this would probably not be an issue for you. This would not deter us from staying here again

Easy access to mass transit was our goal and this hotel fit the bill. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and responsive.

No Parking even though I asked for Hotel with Parking, Had to park publicly 2 blocks away at a cost of $67 Had to pay cabs to get to places in city at a cost of $95. Hotel not in part of Montmartre that i thought it was, really next to Moulin Rouge with loud night life. Breakfast was not include as I thought and booked as such. Not a good experience! Don't have anything good to say about it! Practically everything!

The staff was extremely helpful. My husband needed medical attention and they went to great lengths to get him info a doctor. Small and dark but very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, the location was quite central, close to Montmartre but a walking distance from the heart of the city. The room was a bit small for our liking but given that it's Paris, quite understandable that that's what we would get. Overall, a nice experience! Nothing in particular
