My Maison In Paris - Montmartre

The AC outlet faced a huge pillar in the middle of the room, meaning the air could not circulate. It was 43 degrees in Paris, although we've flagged it to the team, nothing was done about it. On the last day, the AC stopped working completely in our bedroom. It was 38 degrees at night - we informed the staff immediately but nothing was done. We were place in the top floor unit so the heat was unbearable. One time we came back home and our QR keys stopped working. We were trapped in a hellishly hot hallway trying to call the desk to issue us new keys. If one of our phones had died, we would have nowhere to go. Not ideal.

We liked everything

Air conditioning worked great, and we were there during the July ‘26 heatwave. The apartment was very clean and we felt very safe there. The management was very quick when we needed toilet paper and were happy to answer any questions we had. The place was so comfortable, they provided a great book to explain everything in the apartment and any questions we might have regarding the area. We highly recommend staying here! I look forward to coming back some day! The washing machine in our unit had a sour smell. I wish they provided a washing machine cleaning tablet to help get rid of the odor. Front load washers need to be kept open after a load in order to air dry and keep from mildewing. I guess some prior guest didn’t know that. Our clothes smelled sour after washing.

Easy to find and access. Communication ahead of time was excellent. Stairway or elevator is quite tight with a large luggage.

It is right over a very noisy bar.

A bit small for 4 people, no slippers

The breakfast boxes on daily, left by the door, were excellent. We couldn't be happier with the place that selected pastries and juices for us. Because of the 10 hours difference in time zones, we slept until 11 am ish. Also, wish have other alternative healty food selection, like with small jars of yogurt would be great and also a little breakfast sandwich would do. Again, thank you for the wonderful experience trying out different items, relating to French culinary history. Limited what we can do. Not much amenities in the building. Also, no material for us to clean the area. It's extra charge for cleaning services. This is not what we learn until after I booked the place. Seem I overlook that small information. Or was just noticed it after booking the place. Place look pretty small (this is common in Paris, France. So no big deal). Laundry clothes is okay. It didn't actually clean well with the clothes. It's fine with us for now.

They emergency number i was able to leave a message. Even with the small issues. It was fabulous. The cushions on the pull out sofa weren't attached so pulling out the sofa was difficult. Have a spare blanket in the hime woukd be nice. Also bo iron or steamer. The check in and out policy is very strict. The water pressure in shower weak. Also the dryer component doesnt really dry that well.

The room were very small. They claim it was for 4 personne but it was not.

A warm friendly place with everything you need The fact that the check-in was after 16:00 made us wonder the city, but the took our bags so that was helpful

Location was great

All was ok - kitchen - bathroom- bedroom- all was great. TV has no internet connection - only negative thing is that.

Great location. Gritty yet safe area. Lots of public transportation. Quiet in the apartment. Lots of outlets. They had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Great location, easy self check-in process, and ability to leave luggage. Rooms were spacious and clean. Little kitchen was useful. Bathroom door didn’t close. The late night and early morning noise from venue right across.

We found all of the stairs up and down to the elevator and to our apartment exhausting. Being two doors from the Moulin Rouge meant noise outside our bedroom until 3 or 4 in the morning.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and it was a nice cozy place to stay while traveling in Paris.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a good sized apartment for Paris and has everything you need for your stay including a small refrigerator, combination washer/dryer, various cooking appliances, etc. just as a fyi the balcony is a “French” balcony, so large windows that open and have a railing. There isn’t an actual terrace area that you step outside onto. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up for others. The location is great (yes near the adult shops but it doesn’t bother us) with one metro stop just across the street and another metro stop (for other lines) about a 5 min walk away. Everything is great

Situated in a very busy and party area by a discoteque. Friday night impossible to sleep due to music. Not ideal for a family trip, area full of sex shops. Windows not very good so very noisy inside Very well equiped
