The location of the hotel was nestled among neighboring cafes and quaint streets. It was centrally located making it ideal for tourists. The services and amenities at the hotel fell short of expectations. Most notable is that although advertised on the website as an air conditioned property, after check-in we learned that the AC was turned off because it was “winter.” The only option to cool the room was to open the single window which then resulted in significant street noise that continued throughout the night. For allergy sufferers who were visiting during an unseasonably warm few days, this made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions. We found some of the interactions with the staff to be disappointing. This included an employee who shared that she “hated Paris” when we asked her for recommendations on things we should do during our time in the city. The hotel had also promoted that they would help arrange for tickets and transportation to attraction sites; however, when we asked for assistance we were directed to just book our own tickets online. The “wine bar” was a glitchy automated dispenser that is apparently serviced by a company outside of the hotel. The hotel had promise of being a 4-star destination but the service and accommodations felt more like a 2-star property.

Hote location was the best attribute of the hotel. Location was great. Room size was very disappointing! Bathroom door didn't provide privacy. No air conditioning, we were told to open window to get air. However, there was too much exterior street noise to keep window open. We asked young girl at reception what her favorite part of Paris was and if she had recommendations. She told us she hated Paris and was moving to Spain in September and walked off from us. Hotel didn't replace empty bottle of wine in the lobby wine machine. Also, I ordered bottle of Champagne for our one-year anniversary to be in our room upon arrival. The hotel charged us over 50 euro for a quarter bottle of champagne. Your website says bottle, this was deceptive. As almost everyone would expect standard size bottle for 50 euro. Hotel should denote that it's a small 200ml bottle as we felt deceived from very start of our visit.

Breakfast was good. It was very basic, but good enough.
-
Room very small, next room neighbours kept going in and out of the room and sound of door loudly heard in my room. Maybe stuff staying there? Anyway this room (503) must be sold much lower
-
Good location Smallest room I have ever been in
-
Front desk was super friendly and helpful! I loved the guy, I don't remember his name unfortunately. The room was a little small for 3 people but we made it work.
-
Location and cleanliness Room temperature was warm for sleeping, staff could be friendlier with providing restaurant options/recommendations
-
Wonderful area with good shops and restaurants. All staff were kind and friendly. Room was small, and very efficient. We enjoyed it. No complaints.
-
Rooms and bathroom were small. Crammed for 3 people and luggage. The bathroom in room 51 had a sewage. Had to use a concentrated room spray and open windows to air smell out.
