just so happened to be super hot while we stayed and there isn't AC however we were provided with a good electric fan for the room.
-
Only stay if you seek saving some money. Other than the price and location it’s really as bad as in the reviews

Location is walking distance from Charonne metro station. The queen bed would cave in from the middle. Room is too small. Shower cubicle is too small to move around comfortably in. Pillows were square, pushing me lower and making my long legs stick out of the bed and those pillows were uncomfortable.

There is a metro nearby, it is easy to get around everywhere, and there are many dining options around. It would be nice if room had a small comfortable corner set up where you could comfortably sit and have tea or coffee and some snacks when you return home tired. Especially since there is space for it in the room. This is more of a suggestion from my side.

Bad quality mattress and unfinished maintenance make it more difficult for housekeeping to keep clean (unpainted headboard and piping in bathroom). Not enough space to put a suitcase but that is to be expected for this price. What came as a surprise was a surcharge of €75,- for a baby-cot. The receptionist warned us at check in but when making the reservation on booking.com I looked or a room for 2 adults and 1 child (2 years old). Price for a baby cot of almost 1/3 of room price seems to be excessive. Especially if at many hotels this would be considered complimentary.

Good Location, close to subway, neighborhood is safe and a lot of decent café around. We stayed in this hotel for two nights - the first night we had tickets to Bastille Opera (20 min walk), and next day went to Notre-Dame and all other attractions. Room and bathroom are extremely small. And bathroom is also wet and not properly ventilated. Thanks god that you can open windows. It's ok for one person stay for couple of nights if you just come for a sleep. There is no hair dryer, no air conditioner, no kettle for coffee/tea, just room with bed and small bathroom. Reminded me cheap motels in mid USA, but price is higher and square footage is lower.

All was ok

Good value for price

Nice reception staff, by the way they can supply you with an electric kettle at your request. The hotel is on a quiet street just 200-300 meters from Charonne metro station in a nice middle class area with plenty of shops and eateries of any kind. I personally liked to find an individual bar of soap on the sink shelf in the bathroom. 24h reception, which may be useful in a case of a late arrival. The room is not gigantic, but this is normal for the price and that area of Paris.

It's very close to the clinic we work with All night all day people are moving chairs and suitcase and furnitures the damn walls are too thin. You can hear someone lighting a cigarette in the lobby. You can hear anything. You can hear your neighbors talking like they are in your own room! This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. From 1 to 10 is minus 6000 ! About the crew were great ! I like them . From 1 to 10 > 10 ! ?

The crew is great, they will help you, even though the helpdesk guy forgot my give me back my suitcase charger, I believe I will get it soon enough. The most noisy Hotel I've ever been in. It's like a construction site 24/7, each footstep outside the stairs you can hear it like inside your room! If you really need to save your money and you have no other option so this hotel will be perfect for you But if you're coming to vacation - prepare to dine in hell !!! ?

It is quite a walk from Gare Du Nord so take a metro. However, is is a short distance from the bars and shops around the Bastille region. The front desk staff are very helpful, the wi fi works, and though old, the hotel is very clean with a comfortable bed.

Great location and value for money. Comfortable beds. Very noisy guests next door throughout the night.
