Beautiful Parisian room lovely courtyard out the front The shower wasn’t overly well designed, water just spilled out the shower into the bathroom. Bath mat became pretty redundant as got too wet.

Bang in the middle of all the actions of Paris. We used taxi a lot as my mother has mobility issues but easy walk to multiple tube stations & walking distance to many attractions. Friendly staff all around (reception, cafe, cleaning ladies), spacious & bright and beautiful room - we loved it & hope to be back. Some designs are peculiar - not quite wide enough shower panel so require technique to shower or splash water everywhere. Tap to sink ratio is unique also - tap is long and comes to right in the centre of a round sink which limits your maneuver.

The staff were very nice. The location was great and the restaurant was lovely. There was a nice comfy bed and the smell of the soaps was amazing. Our room was a bit small and pokey up in the roof - classic room. Some little touches would have been nice like a kettle with tea, coffee and milk and some tissues.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough, a huge thank you to Yasmin and Tibo. The location was perfect, surrounded by local eateries and walking distance into the heart of the city. The room was beautiful and very generous - the only thing I would flag is the steps within the room (couldn't be helped but I would suggest a reflective light strip on the edge of each step so they can be seen in the dark). However I can't praise the hotel, area and staff enough!

Great staff, delicious breakfast, very comfy beds, loved the big windows. Breakfast can be delivered to room or eat downstairs. All was great!

Location. I stayed in room 101 and you can hear loud noises either from the elevator or restaurant or both. If you like to sleep in, you will definitely be woken up very early from the noise.

Very generous room with a huge bed. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The inhouse restaurant / cafe was very cute with superb food. The bathroom was big as well. nothing to complain about.

I liked the building and the elegant style. It was comfortable and clean. I didn’t like that they charged 5 euro extra for a cooked egg or an omelette for the breakfast after I had paid for breakfast included in the price. I thought that was so strange and ungenerous.

We loved that it was central for food (Michelin-starred ¿Frenchie¿), shopping areas, cafes, 15-20 minute walk to major sites in Paris.
