My booking was not honored due to some made up excuse. I was left stranded with two little kids on the street. Absolute horror. All I got was an old dude who I think was the owner or the manager, yelling at everyone in French freaking my kids out. Avoid. Scammers. They also tried to scam my credit card details via WhatsApp.

I reserved in advance and when I get the property was closed, and Nobody give us any response. I have to get another place last minute and doble price. Never get my refund. Like me it was another 5 families. NEVER BOOKINF THIS PLACE. NOTHING

We arrived at the hotel late at night, and they told us there had been a break-in and there were no rooms available. Not only did no one bother to warn us in advance about the cancellation, but they didn't even help us with our overnight stay—they simply locked the door in our faces.

Nothing, couldn't get in. Didn't get in the hotel door. Arrived in Paris to signs on the front door saying that no reservations made through Booking.com in the previous two weeks were accepted. Asked the man on the door and he confirmed that we had no reservation, despite it all being confirmed online and via email. Stranded in Paris at 5am in the morning with my two tired children. Had based our whole holiday on staying at this location. Booking.com were useless at helping us find a solution. I ended up finding us somewhere to stay 1.5 hours outside of Paris and paying nearly £40 more than I spent on this hotel. Eventually got a refund and an offer of an extra 13 euros on my Booking.com account to 'help' make up the difference if I supplied a heap of paperwork. Haven't bothered, won't be using Booking.com again. Quite surprised that that over a month since our visit, they have asked me to fill in this survey. Excellent attention to detail!

This is a total SCAM do not book. We booked for the 3rd of April2026 and when we reached there they said that we have been fooled but they are the scammers

I didn't have a chance to lie anything as the hotel was closed on arrival due to apparent cyber attack. Arrived after 10 hours drive only to find out note on the door saying that due to cyber attack all reservations were camcelled. No staff was avail ale to talk to, no chance of contact. Had to search for different accommodation in the late evening with my kids.

We arrived with a confirmed and paid booking, but the hotel refused to honor it due to a “cyberattack.” We were left without accommodation in Paris with two children and had to find a new hotel last minute. Very stressful and unacceptable situation. There were many other guests waiting outside in the same situation. Completely unacceptable. Avoid.
