The location was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet, whilst small, was nice. The room was pretty small, but acceptable given the location. The shower on the other hand was tiny (and had a drain smell).

The hotel is located on Wagram Street, very close to the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, which makes it a very convenient location for exploring Paris and close to the metro, which connects three different lines and makes it easy to get around Paris and reach many important places. t is a nice and cozy hotel with clean rooms, and the staff were kind, friendly, and respectful. The room was quite dark, and the lighting was not sufficient. I think the hotel should install additional lamps or stronger lights to make the room brighter and more comfortable. The room was smaller than I expected, and the bathroom was extremely small. The room also did not have a refrigerator or basic toiletries such as a toothbrush, comb, or other personal-care items.

Great location and cozy room The ceiling was too low to be able use the shower comfortably and the AC was loud at some point and it gets really noisy if someone is moving in the corridor or the next room

Small but nice butique Hotel. Very pleasant staff, specially Hazel and Agissorela. Hotel is very clean, bathroom normal size and bedsheets perfectly clean. Breakfast is excellent. Location is excellent - as you go out of the street you see Triumph gate in front of you. Also metro is very near and Port Mailot not far (if you come from airport Beauvais). We moved on foot from Arc de Triumph down to Eifeel and Louvre area. Once we go again we will chose the same hotel.

Location was great, room was small but all we needed and well kept for a budget hotel right near the Arc de Triomphe. Staff was lovely and helpful. We enjoyed and would stay here again. For the price, it was all good

Location is great, very central, and within walking distance from some of the key places. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. As has been previously mentioned by others, the bathroom could do with an update although in its current state it is also decent.

How nice the lady was on the desk when we arrived The nosie from the lift as it was out side the bedroom so was loud all night with people coming in and out

The location was very convenient, 6 min walk to bus and metro station, restaurants and shopping streets nearby. Hotel is decent, staff is friendly. Cleanliness to be improved, breakfast was ok but not a big variety and bread wasn't fresh.
