Access to train station. Great Location They don’t have ice always

It’s very well located and staff was efficient and amicable The room was tiny. The air conditioning was barely functioning. The carpet was disgusting. The walls are paper thin and my neighbors were so loud I couldn’t sleep

Location Carpet needs to be refreshed, it smells a lot if windows are closed.

Location and near metro and the staff were so nice and polite They put the ac on cold mode and the room was so cold and we can’t change it

We loved the hotel, the cleanliness, they make up room everyday and provide/refill the necessary toiletries everyday. We can see the Eiffel tower and Arc De Triomphe from our corner window. The hotel is near most tourist spots. We also love the location - so many restaurants just within walking distance including Starbucks just right below the hotel, McDonalds, BK, a Taco/burrito shop, a thai restaurant, pharmacy, mini grocery and ice cream shop just a few steps away. Definitely one of the best decisions we made during our Paris trip. Room hallways and the elevator were a bit tight but I guess this is the norm for most hotels and Paris.

Clean Room is too small

When I contacted the reception immediately, they told me they could not find the box or the receipt, and no solution was offered. Because of this mistake, I was unable to claim my tax-free refund at the airport, resulting in a direct financial loss. Guests should be able to trust that their personal belongings will not be removed from their room without permission. This lack of responsibility and follow-up is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Definitely 10 out of 10! I would certainly recommend choosing this as your stay in Paris. You will find miracle. Theo is best clerk I’ve ever met. It supposed to be 4 stars. The soft facility is out of your imagination. All the wash products are Luxe, Even prepare a hair band for you. Honestly the only point that is not very satisfying is the sound proof. Because this hotel has years and some hard facility is a bit old. But still very clean, under good maintenance. You can hear the voice from outdoor really clear in the toilet

More than perfect Nothing

I liked the staff, especially this girl who switched around with a guy who had an ear piercing (sadly didn't get their names), though on our last day, the staff switched around and the other two were a bit worse, but still great, recommendes us things, hotel was clean, seevice was good, location is amazing. The elevator decides who to pick up based on personal feelings and is inefficent. If your room is on the floor 3-4 instead of higher or lower up, the elevator will first pick up people from the earlier or later floors, because it's closer. It then tries to pick you up, but it can fit 2-3 people max so if you're trying to go with your family, you'll have to wait until it's empty. This can lead to waiting 20 minutes because a family of 10 from the floor above you decided it's time to take the elevator down 20 times for their suitcases
