Staff was super friendly and accommodating! The hotel is kids friendly, at the lobby there is a small area with paints and painting books for the kids to spend their time. It has table games like chess and a strategy game which was super fun! They gave gifts to the kids when we were leaving which was so nice and kind of them!Thank you! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Before staying here I read some reviews that you could listen the metro etc, for us it was not such a big issue, you could feel it but definitely it didnt disturb our sleep and we had rooms in various floors (3rd, 4th and 5th). Central location, next to a supermarket, pharmacy and lots of restaurants and bakeries/cafes!! Breakfast was ok croissants were great, we would like to have some more fresh fruits but this is not a deal breaker!:) We will definitely come back!!

Great hotel in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the metro and many of the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The aircon was great as the weather was very hot. A great choice for anyone visiting the city.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. The 24*7 hotel desk was nice. Bathtub is a plus. Be prepared to be awoken with the metro every five minutes. You can hear and *feel* the metro. If you were unlucky enough to get one of the older rooms, be prepared to suffer as the AC barely works. Thankfully I was moved to a newer room after day one. However, I had booked a double room but I was provided two single beds joined together (without a top mattress). It was incredibly uncomfortable. I asked the staff twice to change it. The first time they apologized and told me they would replace it but the next time they said that that is how double rooms were. This was a blatant lie as the first room had a proper double bed. I was unhappy with the whole experience, especially given the price.
