I was fully satisfied by the concierge’s services and I enjoyed the privacy of the place a lot. The spa is also a big plus. Perfect place for short/mid length stays in Paris. This is a five stars hotel with a really good service and the location is private and not flashy. Perfect if you just want some privacy as we wanted. I will come back for my future stays in Paris.

Everything was satisfactory. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good sized and clean. Location was great too for walking to places of interest. Nothing really.

Location I don’t like the staff in the Spa . The receptionist at the Spa area is terrible. She would came to us multiple times to remind us to be quiet even though we are in normal conversations noise level but she completely ignored French’s family that making noises . I think she didn’t like English speakers or just pure racist ! To be fair all other staffs at the hotel are great and friendly except the receptionist at the Spa area.

The property was amazing beautiful inside. The spa was so gorgeous and the breakfast very good. The air conditioning on fourth floor rooms was not working as well as we expected.

It’s the worse hotel experience I had my entire life. It’s 39 degrees heatwave in Paris, I’m ( month pregnant, paying 650/night. Changed rooms twice, both rooms cannot get colder than 27.5 degrees. Contacted the receptionist 4 times - he did nothing and told. E that they gave all their fans to “other guests”. 650/night forcing pregnant woman to sleep in this? Are you kidding???

We were travelling from London on my birthday and were shown to a room full of balloons, a bottle of wine, biscuits and even a birthday card. I loved the breakfast although it finished too early for my daughter who likes to lie in bed for a while when on holiday; good room service although limited menu options; Lovely staff; Great location for shopping. Our cleaner was grumpy and not overly efficient and insisted on doing our room in the afternoon, exactly when I wanted to nap; our spa experience was a bit of a disappointment as the treatment bed's height was not adjustable and as I am a disabled person it took a while to get me up onto the bed, meaning my treatments were cut short. Also it wasn't clear whether we could use the pool or not.....

Personal service, felt like home, lovely breakfast, very attentive team that cared for us during our stay. They made us feel very comfortable and nothing was a bother. Highly recommend. Great bed, lovely treats left in our room. Felt comfortable like home, casually luxurious is the exact sentiment, didn’t have that big hotel feel but had the big hotel service. Very special
