The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. The room was very small and the Wi-Fi was very poor. Most importantly, a few days before my stay, the hotel charged me a deposit equal to the full room rate. At check-in, I had to pay the full room rate again. I was told that the deposit would be refunded after check-out, but 11 days have now passed and I still haven’t received the money back. This is very disappointing and significantly affected my experience.

Lovely hotel, great location for restaurants, bars & coffee shops. There were a few of us and we like to do a lot of walking so it was ideal location to walk everywhere we wanted. Staff were great and they had a nice vegan cafe at reception which we didn’t get the chance to try but the food looked great. The shower was also really good. Good pressure and hot water. The rooms were cosy. I had a twin room with my friend but it was just 2 beds together with no space in the middle. Wasn’t a problem for us but just no space to separate.

The room includes everything a tourist could wish. The only problem is that the room is small.

Great stay in Paris! I stayed here with my two teenage sons and we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Paris and walk everywhere. The rooms were quite small, but they were clean, and well maintained. The best part of our stay was the outstanding service. The reception and especially Victoriia was incredibly helpful, friendly, and could make great recommendations on good restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place in a fantastic location – walking distance to everything. Nothing much. While I understand that Paris hotel rooms are small, this was beyond. I booked far ahead, yet we were put up on the loft floor, where the roof is on a slant making it even smaller. I could not open the fridge without hitting my head. The bed was at a weird angle and could only use one side. The bathroom was so small that the toilet could not be used correctly without hitting knees on the vanity. The shower door would not close, as it was on a slant, and water went everywhere. I could not fully open the cupboard to hang clothes, and when I did, the hangers were on an angle as they did not fit. Totally unacceptable. If they want to let this room out, they should not be letting out this room without a disclosure as to how small it really is. It is false presentation. Also, they hardly have any lights on at night. It was hard for our taxi drivers to find it in the small street. Very disappointing. It spoilt our time in this lovely city.
