Hôtel La Folie des Prés - Saint-Germain-des-Prés

We loved our experience at Hotel La Folie des Pres! The location was super convenient for us to get to major attractions, with lots of bus and train stops nearby. The neighborhood was so pretty with lots of wonderful shops and cafes. Our room had a small balcony with doors that opened to look out onto the street! The decor throughout the hotel was so cute, and we really liked that there was a bath tub! The lockers to store our luggage before our room was ready were very helpful as well! We will definitely be booking our stay at this hotel next time we're in Paris. I have nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent. Very close walk to center and any other central areas. Close to metro and restaurants. Quiet area.

We loved the location, the staff, the beds, the quiet, the ability to open the windows and the frosty air-conditioning. The room was very nice, but small for a six night stay. The elevator was even smaller!

The room was tiny.

It’s very cute, accommodating and in a great party of the city! We could walk to almost everything we needed! It was a bit small & if you are a medium to light sleeper you will hear the metro under the building while it’s running (even at night).

It was very hot and air conditioner had duffuculty keeping room cooled.

The staff and location and cleanliness were great. Free coffee and tea in the lobby was so nice to have! The rooms are very small but that's to be expected in France and old hotels. Cute and quaint, but tiny bathroom and elevator.

Exceptional location, and helpful staff. It's a very cute place, the facilities were well maintained, and it was very easy to walk to various locations around St. Germain. The rooms were quite small! For a couple, this would be just fine. For someone traveling with a parent, it was a bit small.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Location was excellent. Love the coffee in lobby. A little cramped in the room but overall was fine.

During the extreme heat, the A/C in the room was particularly appreciated by the guests.

The staff were GREAT, very helpful. The bakery next door that provided breakfast was terrific as was the staff. The location to things I wanted to do was very convenient. Room was incredibly small (and we had the biggest one on the floor!). Elevator fit 2 people snugly, or 1 person with luggage - and didn't always work. Very little space in the room for a second suitcase to be opened, sink had no drain plug for trying to wash clothes, AC was marginal (but it was an extreme heat event so this was understandable) but a number of other guests said theirs was not working at all. Extremely small space next to each bed to put anything - barely space for your phone, and insufficient outlets.

Location is amazing. Staff is outstanding. Things are broken - the light in the bathroom, the hanging rod, the air conditioner

Staff very helpful Clean Location .

The location was great! Easy access to all tourists attractions, restaurants and local shopping. The rooms were very very very small. We reserved two premier rooms, which were the larger rooms and we still felt like we were sleeping in an RV or a camper.! I am a 190 pound 5'7" woman and I could barely squeak through between the window and the bed to get in and out of bed. Also, we were there during the heat wave and the air-conditioning really struggled to keep up with the heat. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was large. Great water, pressure and warm water right away.

Excellent location in the sixth arr. Staff was wonderful. Room, tiny, even by Paris standards. Room key didn’t work and had to be exchanged almost daily.

My daughter and I stayed here, our room was clean, comfortable and renovated. The staff was very helpful - Mouna, Harold and Amid were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The cookies next door were delicious and the location was perfect The price was a bit high after taxes and fees

The location is amazing !!! Best place in Paris to stay at I knew the rooms were fine but what I was really missing was a full body mirror
